    Thanks for the demo!! Living in Ja for umpteen years now and you taught me how to make good fritters without eggs and baking powder! You got to the point no long unnecessary storytelling! Keep up the good work bro!!

    the best banana fritters ever,,try it this way, into a blender add the bananas, add sugar according to your likes, full cream milk 4 table spoons, all purpose flour depending on the consistency, vanilla essence, nutmeg powder a little, cinnamon powder a little, and a pinch of salt. blend everthing into a smooth paste, into a pan add oil and shallow fry it till golden brown on eithet sides. cook on medium heat. this is how i make it...keep it simple....enjoy happy eating...

    Note: Olive oil, though healthy should not be heated. It's to be sprinkled on salads etc. Not heated.
    Those fritters looks yummy.

      Olive oil is a con like all of those fashionable oils. Unless it comes from one vineyard it will be ‘cut’ with many other oils rendering it rubbish.

    • @JuneBugginTrucking
      @JuneBugginTrucking Год назад

      Avocado Oil, and Grapeseed Oil is great for frying at high temperatures because of the amount of fat that in them. I use those oils to cook my steaks in and to season my cast irons with.
      Olive Oil is just a healthier alternative to vegetable oil or canola oil. I think that’s the point he was trying to make.
