THE CONTEXT: The cops were actually looking for the guy driving the car because he took off earlier in the day during a traffic stop, in-which they got his plates and when the cop pulled up to the address he spotted the car but couldn't see into it, so the cop gets out, walks up to the vehicle and the guy takes off again.
