Wow! If I hadn't seen it from start to finish, I would have been left wondering how that all happened. It was marvelous to watch you both contribute to the end product. Emily, your artistry is very evident in this piece, keep on making.
Watching Emily wrap the Petoskey cab is like watching a ballet, every move very skilled, efficient, and beautiful. She is a wonderful artist! The antique finish gives the piece so much depth and added beauty. What a treat to see the work unfold. Thank you, Rob, for this opportunity to watch Emily at work.
Last year I bought my daughter a rock tumbler for Christmas and I had NO CLUE as to what I was getting into. I thought she would love turning rough material into beautiful polished stones. I had no idea what to do, so I turned to RUclips. I came across This channel and became quite intrigued with not only rock tumbling, but also watching Rob traverse all sorts of terrain to find all sorts of agates, stones, and more. Watching your videos inspired me to follow this hobby and I purchased a few tumblers that you use. After Emily and I were dating for a while I pulled up some of your videos and subtly mentioned that it would be insane if you two could do a collab. I’m so happy that it happened and that it’s on RUclips! With Rob!! Great job on the stone Rob and great job Emily on another beautiful wrap. Im proud of both of you! GREAT JOB YOU TWO!!
Thank you Dan for introducing me to Michigan rocks! Rob is awesome and I am so happy to have had this opportunity to work with another artist who is as into rocks as I am! What an amazing opportunity you have given me!
Thanks for putting the gears in motion to get this collab started, Dan. I had the easy part and then got to kick back and watch Emily work her magic. Everyone wins!
There are not enough superlatives to describe this beautiful pendant and how both of you played equal parts. thank you Rob and Emily for sharing your talents with us.
Wow, what an outstanding piece! Amazing work Rob on shaping and polishing, and priceless work from Emily. Thanks for sharing the process for all of us to try.
Having watched you turn a stone into an amazing looking gem, and that having that gem turned into an amazing looking piece of jewelry left me totally gobsmacked!! The skill you both show is really special. Her skill with manipulating that wire was fascinating. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us.
As if watching you polish the cab wasn't already relaxing and satisfying enough, watching Emily wire wrapping it was sooo relaxing and satisfying to watch. The end of the two processes is stunning! Great job to the both of you!
That is amazing. I have several pieces made by Gerry and Linda at Sacred Sparks back in the late 80's/early 90's and this reminds me of some of their work back then. Emily, your work is amazing and I'll have to search you out and see what speaks to me.
What a beautiful outcome and must be wonderful to feel part of such a beautiful creation teamwork that is usually hidden - very inspiring and humbling too - good bless all
Rob does an amazing job with his cabs. He was a great resource of knowledge for me when I was starting my own lapidary journey and also with rock tumbling! Thank you for watching!
She does an amazing job and it takes a lot of practice to get the skills down, but it does hurt, the word is pretty easy to manipulate and twist, I've just started learning so I'm not this good..
Both of you are very talented! That's beautiful. Great stone and awesome wrap. Emily has some amazing hands. I love the jewelry. Thank you Emily and Rob! I'm in awe. God has blessed you both!✝️
That was so interesting to watch. I didn't realize how much work and time goes into something like that. We all have our talents. You do a great job in finding the stones, and she makes the jewelry that makes them stand out. It's a collaborative endeavor.
Thank you so much for your appreciation. I put so much attention into the small details of my work and Im so glad that you see it and accept it. I work hard for what I create and I'm thankful that people accept it.
Wow! That is beautiful!! I’m luck if I can make a ring out of a bread twisty. Watching two incredible artists on one video is a treat, thank you for sharing!
This doesn't seem like something I'd ever be good at either. That's mostly because I don't have much of an interest in wire wrapping so I would never spend the hours necessary to become proficient.
That is some very nice work. I have never seen wire wrapping that is so intricate. It was almost mesmerizing just to watch her doing it. It Turned out very beautiful with the petosky stone. You guys make a great team! Very cool!
I enjoy all your videos takes me awhile to see them you make awesome videos, knowledge, scenery, friends you go with your works outstanding thank you for all
Maybe showing this in slow motion might help those of us who cannot see as well and have trouble seeing as fast as she is moving and maybe up closer would be nice as well. It's very beautiful work and I would love to really see what she is doing. She is very skilled to be able to work so fast.
Mr. Curious Fly at 19:24 just wanted to learn how to wire wrap! I LOVED this video! As a rock nerd turned wire wrapper to buy more rocks, I've learned (almost!) everything I know by watching other people. A big "Thanks!" to Rob for sharing his cab making skills. And a big "Thanks!" to Emily for sharing her wire wrapping techniques! I do a lot of the intricate weaves but I haven't attached them to a frame. Actually , I've only used a frame like you are using a couple of times. I'm going to make something today with the inspiration you gave me. Thank you again Emily and Rob! (I'm not going to get back to my grinding wheels until after my Christmas Craft and Gift shows. We're getting snow in Minnesota today so there will be plenty of time soon!)
Amazing work by both of you. Just started wrapping a few months ago so I can truly appreciate the skill in creating this wrap. Hoping with practice I can create beautiful pieces like this, but nevertheless I really enjoy doing it as a hobby. Thank you for the opportunity to learn from you! I need to plan a trip up north to find some Petoskey stones.
I really look up to Emily's work!! Followed her insta a while ago and it blows my mind how neat and tidy her wraps are!! Great work on both the cab and the wrap you guys!!
Such incredible artistry! I enjoy the collaboration with others. It keeps the channel even more interesting though I must admit Rob rockhounding on the beach is my favorite.
I am friends with a couple who work together to make jewelry. One of them prefers the stone work and the other likes making the cabs into jewelry. They really compliment each other well.
This was amazing. She does a truly magnificent job. I would love to know the size wires she is using, some are so delicate. Beautiful job. Thank you Rob for sharing.
Thank you so much! I had such a fun time doing this project with Rob! My smallest gauge wire is 30 gauge. It took me a few years to learn to work with it without it breaking!
Love watching your videos Rob, but Emily you are a very very talented young lady. That pendant is absolutely beautiful… I can see that hanging around my neck…..amazing 👏👏👏

I always think about my brother crocheting hats when I do my wire wraps!
And that’s a “ WRAP “ ! A beatiful stone and beautiful craftsmanship there Rob and Emily ! Thanks for sharing !
