      Butter is not unhealthy, but sugar is. Use pure honey instead.

      Well I believe ghee aka clarified butter can be used because it is a very popular binding agent in almost all kind of indian sweets and even used in cakes and cookies but i am still not 100% sure

      I have used gud/jaggery in some recipes and it has worked well. You won't have to add sugar either if you use jaggery.

      you can replace butter with yogurt and store it in the fridge for 3-4 hours instead of baking

      It is healthy !!
      Idk what kind of maple syrup u have tried bt a real maple syrup is full of antioxidants, magnesium, zinc and natural sugar which boosts energy level
      And about butter...
      If it is homemade then its really very healthy or u can use clarified butter,that would be a great substitute,
      unless u r on tht crappy 0 calorie sugar free no gluten no dairy no life diet 🗿🤡

      ​@@geetanjalidubey7651 yeah sure it's good in nutrients but the macros are crap you can still get all that nutrients by adding actual fruit and pure sugar. Then you can get good nutrients with actual good macros and not just 500 grams of sugar and fat and 1 gram of protein

      ​@@geetanjalidubey7651 plus we're just doing no sugar but we still are fine with dairy because unlike sugar dairy is actually healthy but instead of using pure fat of dairy we use the actual protein of it through 0% plain greek yogurt and just add butter extract for the butter flavour
