I tried this recipe and it was AWESOME! they tasted delicious 😋 my family and me finished them! Instead of adding the chocolate on top of the bars, I added melted chocolate in the granola before I baked it. My mom was a big fan and so was I. Thank you so much for this recipe Gemma! I am making this again today for my dad, he is very health particular and this recipe is perfect! I even used roasted oats since they have more flavour. Can't thank u enough for this recipe. A long while back I commented on your best ever brownie recipe, and I got a reply from u! Other youtubers never reply back. They never reply to there fans and that's sad. U r awesome! Thanks a ton.

hiii, i tried this recipe and it turned out fantastic!! it tastes absolutely amazing. i used sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts and dried cranberries (all ½ cup each). i also used the same amount of honey she used along with 4 tablespoons of brown sugar (i didn't have maple syrup so i doubled the brown sugar and it still holds perfectly). totally recommend this recipe and it's one of the best granola bars i've eaten haha. thank you gemma! 💫

There was a little bit of liquid on the bottom of bars. Does anybody have a solution for that? Would letting the oats soak it up before baking help?

This is probably a stupid question but I've read that the smoke point for butter is 150 degrees celsius. So wouldn't baking at 180 degrees celsius cause the butter to burn? Or is it because since it is combined with other ingredients it does not reach that temperature?

Smells great😋. Can we use jaggery instead of honey? . As far as I know it is not good to cook honey.

I could literally smell the fragrance of cinnamon

You can replace it with liquid jaggery. Another Bold Baker said there is jaggery in liquid form
