Are there any vision concept called "direct seeing"? I have noticed we can either "See directly" when we are present, in the moment without thinking about anything. But that anytime we think, judge, focus etc. we close off that direct seeing and shut down our vision. It's a bit complicated to explain
Do you know how to get rid of floaters or black spots which some of us do see sometimes? I really want to know if there's any natural way or any other way of getting rid of it? I'll appreciate if you can help.
Hey Nathan is sun glasses bad for you I did catarac surgery in one of my eyes and when I drive due to the surgery where a lens was put in after d surgery I have to wear sunglasses due to the bright sunshine we have in Trinidad and that eye gives a glare with d bright sun so tell me whats yr advice please help if you can thanks
I am a new follower, but or should I say that my eyesight is weak and I want to dispense with prescription glasses. Any suitable exercises that will help me strengthen my vision? Can you send the link.

My daughter just turned 5 and she has refractive amblyopia... should i make her wear the prescribed glasses or should try bates methods

Try all this with blue eyes. Totally different. You need those glasses when you’re blue.
