    Few clips went missing during editing process.
    Fats to avoid: Trans Fat - present in food items fried in oil that has been used multiple times earlier. Also, trans fat is present in Vegetable oil (dalda) , margarine (fat used in bakery products). So, people with high cholesterol levels should avoid fried foods that aren't made at home and also, bakery products
