Hi, I just had my colors analyzed by Alessandra and Guilia and it was an AMAZING experience. The report that I received was so detailed and comprehensive as well as being done so professionally. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about having their colors analyzed to utilize their services because it will be a fantastic experience for you. They were succinct in everything that they reflected in their report. Spot on. Thank you both for providing such a wonderful experience. 🩷🩵💜🤍💚💖
Thank you so so much for this lovely comment dear, you're so kind! We're very glad you found our service professional and helpful. Have fun using your amazing Winter Bright palette 😍
I really appreciate that you showed a light summer who doesn't have super blonde hair. I was analysed as a light summer last year and while I agreed that the light summer colours looked best, I have had some level of doubt because I don't have the lightest hair like you see when searching for light summer examples.
I'm amazed at the differences between summer soft and summer light! When you change lilac gray to lilac, and sage to green tea, the shadows on her face vanish and her face looks lit from within!
Well! I was surprised at the light, because I didn’t think she looked that light. But the drapes told the tale! I’m constantly having to adjust my ideas around colour analysis!
I loved this one! When I first saw her, I was leaning Spring because I was picking up on that brightness but I could definitely see the undertone with the pink drapes (the colors were shifting a lot with the red drapes). People always ask about a ‘Bright Summer’ - this is it. I love that we can see how she needs the brightness, does better with cool, and there’s no such thing as too light for her but there is definitely a limit to how dark she can go.
It's nice to see a light summer with darker hair for once. I've been typed LS in japan but my hair is quite dark for a summer and all the LS examples you find online are not even blondes, but BLEACHED blondes which is even more frustrating
This was super validating. I am a light spring, but my natural hair color is not super light. I’m always feeling unsure because some systems say you can’t be “light” unless you are a naturally blonde adult. She’s a beautiful light summer!
Same! It’s been so confusing because I am very light, my eyebrows are thin and blonde and my hair is dark blonde/brown and my eyes are a medium blue. Well I guess it’s brown but it looks lighter in summer plus I highlight it so I rarely get the full picture of it. I just don’t feel I fit as good in the other options, so this was interesting to see!
Same. My hair is dark blonde with coppery highlights that I lean into by coloring my hair strawberry blonde. I absolutely feel like the lighter spring colors suit better. It makes the most sense for sure. Glad to know I’m not alone!
There's a ton of false information out there. Inexperienced "analysts" want to distill it into a checkbox formula where you can just plug in your features and get an answer. In reality, it's all about how the skin reacts. The drapes never lie!
@@Miamia_01 as with this young lady, you really have to do the draping to see the dramatic effects to know that lightness is the dominant characteristic
The way you and Giulia simultaneously explain the rationale and demonstrate with the drapes has really helped me recognize the effects of each color in the model’s appearance! 👏 👏 👏
Love it! I’m also a light summer and also have more of a medium brown hair color naturally so that was nice to see. I always thought you had to be blonde! We need just a hint of the warmth and brightness of our spring neighbors. It was so evident that she couldn’t handle the darker colors as well or the softness of soft summer/autumn. Light summer is perfect and some light summer palates don’t even include the very light colors but are more medium, which I think really suits her.
She is, her hair is medium ash blonde (level 8) remember that ash toned hair does not have the same depth of pigment that neutral or warm medium to dark blondes have, so this contributes to her overall dominant feature being light. And yes you don't have to have very light blonde hair to be a Summer or Spring Light.
Another wonderful analysis! Your client looked radiant in her palate. And she was so generous to share her analysis. It’s very educational and fun to watch.
Loved this analysis. All the summer colors clearly worked for her. I love watching these videos because it’s such great proof that we are all different and the colors we wear really can make a difference.
People say True Seasons and Bright Seasons are the most rare ones. I believe Light Seasons are the rearest ones. I like her in Light Summer/ Light Spring colours but i didn't disliked the Cool Summer either.
I love these videos but it’s much more effective when the drapes block the bright light from the window behind you. I noticed it massively when you put olive behind a persons head
When I was 19 I realized I was a Winter after reading Carole Jackson's book. It took me awhile to accept that fact as I did not like my palette. I thought those colours loud and obnoxious and was drawn to the Summer ones. I realized that I was dressing for the psychological comfort and not for what suited me best.
I had the Color Me Beautiful (Carole Jackson analysis) done in the 80’s. I was also typed as a winter. Although I liked the deep colors, I didn’t think I looked healthy and vibrant in them. So all these years I’ve chosen colors of varying intensity and value, never landing on a particular palette. Alessandra and Guilia are working on my analysis, and I’m so excited to see what they come up with!
I’m always amazed by How you guys can determine intensity with just one set of drapes while going through a lot of different colours to determine undertone. For me, it’s almost harder to identify ones intensity but you guys pick it up imidiately! 😍 have you ever had to doublecheck yourselfs or even made a wrong pick of season?
Light Summer!! I think all my kids and my hubby are light spring they will have overall lightness about them just like this person. She's a light summer no doubt. That's awesome I prefer light colors but I have to go more medium bc I'm warm spring . Even as a warm spring mustard yellow looks terrible on me. It's too dark and muted I guess. That was one of the colors that made me think I might be cool because while it's what it might work on me right. Now I know I still look better in yellow it's just a brighter yellow. Thank you guys it's been really fun shopping and getting my colors! I really before my analysis thought I was a summer because I have a very similar skin tone to her but I have a lot darker hair and a golden undertone that's so obvious I can't believe I didn't see it. But like she said when you guys explain it it makes it so much easier to see. 😊
Thats so interesting seeing the subtle differences again.. I can see why pink is hard.. there are so many warm shades and also soft shades and also harsh bright shades, but she suits that very medium cool clear tone, which maybe hasnt been so common for a while.. it makes me understand how important it is to have the clarity about exactly what colours and qualities your looking for, so like this especailly bright cool and clear for her, because I can imagine if she decided to branch out from her usual blue grey and white i think she said, she could spend a lot of money on all these wrong shades of pink trying to get the right variety, if she didnt know anything more than just guessing a cool colour. Its so helpful! Thanks again for the explanations and descriptions, its really lovely and supportive ❤
This is so cool❤ i am a soft autumn. As an Indian having dark hair i was so confused with the seasons but yes after watching your videos I know exactly what I am. Thank you❤ orange and salmon was always my colour. also it is surprising how many Indians are assumed to me dark autumn or dark winter but many Indians are soft autumn. Try aditi Rao hydri for that matter. Yayy❤
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think Beth's hair color is quite warm, I'd say coppery/strawberry...(it may be because of my screen). But like in a previous case - Melissa - she was a winter, but with warm shades in her hair. When later on we saw her with an adjusted hair color, there was a perfect armocromia! 😊 Isnt it the same case here? I know skin is the most important, but..we can not fully ignore the hair - it is there all the time:) Summer Light is such a beautiful palette :) I am a Cool Winter, but I love combining black with Summer Light's colors😊 Especially with light lilac and with light green tea:) Great video as always! The best Color Analysis Channel on the planet Earth! ❤
no her hair tone is not warm at all, it looks quite smoky, that's what ash is, it's grey! Put her next to an actual strawberry blonde (they're usually Springs) and the difference is more obvious. Winters have rich depth so they have more of all pigments. Summers with their ash tones look great with blonde streaks because this kind of hair was blonde in childhood anyway and as it lacks pigment depth, it lightens easily and naturally.
I have very similar features as this lady, Beth. Same color hair. Please dont go blonder-- your hair color is perfect on you!! Same skin color, but with flushing cheeks. My eyes are blue-green-gray, depending on what i wear and the lighting. I dont know my lip color, but they appear like a rose color. Over five years ago, i had a professional analyze me. Why did you not try “true summer” palette on her? I have basically the same colours and values and all that she has, but when I had my colour analysis done, I was told that I am “true summer”. I’m just curious why you didn’t test that out on her?
The cool summer palette is often called true summer in the 12 subgroup seasonal color analysis system. Julia and Alessandra use a 16 subgroup system which is very similar but they also include a true season. A true season for them means that all three subgroups work equally well on you. So if the soft summer colors had worked just as well as summer light and summer cool on Beth, then she would have been a true summer. In your case, you are probably a cool summer!
"True summer" in the 16 subgroup system isn’t really a subgroup, it just means the 3 subgroups of summer (summer cool, summer light and summer soft) and the 3 palettes work equally well. Summer light is clearly superior on her and she lacks the softness so she’s not a true summer. They talk about it here 23:42. If you were analyzed by people who use the 12 subgroup system, you’re actually a cool summer. For them, summer has 3 subgroups, true, light and soft, and they have no name for people who suit all 3 equally.
@2-_-B-_-continued Nah! Nicole's a red head, she's probably a spring (light) or bright. Hate to see her wear really light colors, makes her look washed out and hung up to dry.
@@SueRosalie They mostly all wear a lot of makeup and Nicole looks okay in black but very light cool shades look horrendous on her. I notice her teeth look more yellowish in cool light tones, it must also have something to do with the lipstick.

She looks brighter and neutral skinned than typical True summer.they use a different system then 16 color system..
if they had found all characteristics to be equally dominant they would have pulled out the true summer drapes

and she wears a lot of black because she is paid a lot of money to do that, by couture houses. And note she needs a LOT of makeup to pull it off
@@SueRosalie They mostly all wear a lot of makeup and Nicole looks okay in black but very light cool shades look horrendous on her. I notice her teeth look more yellowish in cool light tones, it must also have something to do with the lipstick.
