      @@frangipanicook and i also made the laddo besan,it came out great
      I usually do the laddo besan and it does not taste good
      This one i made today was really tasty

      @@naffbkw2977 1 cup of fine semolina (greau)-(180g)
      1/2 cup of plain flour- (90g)
      1/2 cup powdered sugar-(90g) or according to taste
      3/4 cup of melted ghee or butter- 200ml -(70g)
      1/4 tsp baking powder
      1/4 tsp cardamom powder
      pistachios, almonds or raisins for garnish

    I don't have powdered sugar, can I use granulated sugar?

      Powdered sugar is easy to make. Just blend the Granulated Sugar and you have it 😀

    Do we get same taste when using butter?

      Yes you get same texture without strong ghee flavour. You might also need extra butter to form the dough.
