Aaj maine is recipe ko 100% follow kiya with perfect timing also... Believe me guys exact naan kathai hi banega... Mere ghar wale bole ye tough hai tujhse nhi hoga but bakery se bhi perfect bana hai aur taste to pucho mat. Thanks for such a good recipe with super instructions.

Hello kanak i tried many of your recipes and everyone loved them in family .I tried making nan khatais many times but i don't get the soft and 'khasta' market like texture what i felt is the use of semolina that made it crunchy i think i should only use maida and besan to make them perfect please reply soon
