      Finger push-up can be replaced by normal push-up. He explained that he used his fingers because he didn't want to get his hands soiled.

    If you imitate those moves, your bone joints would be damaged permanently. Don't do that.

      these are simple exercises that u can do progressively. If u had issues with this, u r too sick to live. Make sure u make preparation for your funeral.
