I confronted the fear of loss and addressed what needed to be repaired, and I indeed lost everything. Dealing with a profound sense of worthlessness that my ex chose to lose everything we had instead of working together. They didn’t have any consideration moving forward.

I'm so sorry. The risk of loss of real. I'm pretty sure my partner is also about to choose walking away and I'm devastated. I experienced neglect and abuse growing up and a cheating, sex addict father, so I makes sense that I am terrified.
