    New 40 Min strong low impact x HIIT workout - No Equipent, are you ready? ❤️
    This Workout is a mix of some slower strength movements and some low impact HIIT exercises. Hope you enjoy the variety!
    I always aim to challenge us to the best of our abilities, leveraging the diversity of our range of movements. Each one of you can be so proud of yourselves. Thank you for your daily feedback - it gives me so much strength and pure energy. 🥰
    With my workouts, we're not just constantly growing physically and becoming fitter than ever, but most importantly, as you all know, we're growing mentally with every single workout. 🙏🏼
    Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

    Woooo love that we can get a great session in with no jumping!! 👏 We can always rely on you for the intensity yet control, one of the main things I'm obsessed with in this workout!! I was able to slow down a bit & feel every muscle working 👌 (+great music is always appreciated 😋) Absolute perfection lovely, thank you so much!!! 🙏✨💙

    Oh - I love these low impact strength workouts, especially because it allows for more mobility work to be incorporated in the routine 👏🏽
    Also, I love the intro you to at the start, as well as the little "well done" shimmy at the end ❤
    Makes these workouts feel so much more personal!

    Super training malgré un petit problème de son auquel on shabitue.
    J ai dû travailler avec 2 halteres de 2 kgs. Je n arrivais pas à faire les exercices sans prendre des poids .
    Tu nous a habitué à charger lourd et voilà c est devenu une routine pour moi , mais j ai été raisonnable.

    Great for an active rest day. Got my heart rate just enough to sweat a bit but I didn’t feel like dying after I was done lol

    Tolles Workout :) Wie immer bei dir Kaykay. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Bei mir war der Pieps total laut. Normalerweise war der sonst nicht so.
