New 40 Min strong low impact x HIIT workout - No Equipent, are you ready? ❤️
This Workout is a mix of some slower strength movements and some low impact HIIT exercises. Hope you enjoy the variety!
I always aim to challenge us to the best of our abilities, leveraging the diversity of our range of movements. Each one of you can be so proud of yourselves. Thank you for your daily feedback - it gives me so much strength and pure energy. 🥰
With my workouts, we're not just constantly growing physically and becoming fitter than ever, but most importantly, as you all know, we're growing mentally with every single workout. 🙏🏼
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

Super training malgré un petit problème de son auquel on shabitue.
J ai dû travailler avec 2 halteres de 2 kgs. Je n arrivais pas à faire les exercices sans prendre des poids .
Tu nous a habitué à charger lourd et voilà c est devenu une routine pour moi , mais j ai été raisonnable.
