    I hope you are ready for a new Pilates Workout!
    I enjoyed this one so much: slowing down a bit, switching my head off while having an easy nice sweat session.
    Felt so great.
    I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
    To me it’s important to integrate also slow workout with different focuses into our routines.
    For a great overall performance it takes it all: that’s why I love those Pilates Seshs where the focus is much more on the deeper muscle connection and also combining lots of core with flexibility.

    Loved this one again! Please more pilates workouts! I dont see anymore another pilates workout at the beach (with some intruders), how come? It was great! Thank you so much you are so inspiring! Your workouts are unique

    My favorite exercise was the supine leg lift. I have never done it before, and it really hit the abdominal and the legs. I really enjoy slowing down. It's so important to integrate rest days as well as these active rest days. It improves your overall fitness. Thank you ❤

    Hey, na das ist ja cool, hatte eben noch überlegt ob heute Yoga oder etwas mehr und da hast du diesen heute früh reingestellt. Na dann werde ich diesen probieren...☺

    Genau, was ich zwei Tage nach dem Halbmarathon gebraucht habe. Intensive Übungen, trotzdem Low Impact damit weiterhin die Regeneration läuft. Es war wieder richtig super mit dir, Kathrin, zu trainieren. Ich liebe deine Kreativität und wie großartig du deine Workouts aufbaust. Wenn man mit dir trainiert, ist es immer gut. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. 💖💖💖

    So intensiv! Man kann sich auf die Atmung konzentrieren und die einzelnen Muskelgruppen.
    Trotz des Low Impacts schwitzt man ordentlich!
    Perfekt für einen ruhigen Sonntag für die Nachbarn bzw. auch ein super Workout für's Hotelzimmer. 😉✌️

    Se puede hacer estas rutinas dos veces por semana y ayuda a glúteos y piernas? Y otra pregunta martes y viernes se puede trabajar brazos
