My favorite exercise was the supine leg lift. I have never done it before, and it really hit the abdominal and the legs. I really enjoy slowing down. It's so important to integrate rest days as well as these active rest days. It improves your overall fitness. Thank you ❤

Just love Pilates, give you chance to really focus on your move and just slow things down but the power is still there. Would love to see more Pilates 🥰

Genau, was ich zwei Tage nach dem Halbmarathon gebraucht habe. Intensive Übungen, trotzdem Low Impact damit weiterhin die Regeneration läuft. Es war wieder richtig super mit dir, Kathrin, zu trainieren. Ich liebe deine Kreativität und wie großartig du deine Workouts aufbaust. Wenn man mit dir trainiert, ist es immer gut. Wow, ich LIEBE dieses Workout ❤Anspruchsvolle, langsam und kontrollierte Bewegungen. Außerdem wird man wieder etwas beweglicher durch das Dehnen zwischendurch. Habe es nach dem aufstehen gemacht und fühle mich jetzt super 😊
Meine Tochter kam bei den „squats reach up“ rein und meinte „was macht die Fee da Mama?“ und ja, deine Ausführungen wirken manchmal wirklich wunderschön feenhaft ❤ und gleichzeitig so strong! #Inspiration
So intensiv! Man kann sich auf die Atmung konzentrieren und die einzelnen Muskelgruppen. Trotz des Low Impacts schwitzt man ordentlich! Perfekt für einen ruhigen Sonntag für die Nachbarn bzw. auch ein super Workout für's Hotelzimmer. 😉✌️
