Hi just seen your Video on the Magician x the one you are displaying is the sound one a bought I noticed it doesn't have unload filament when my first one I bought has load and unload is that because you can just pull the filament out

I bought this printer because so many folks wrote how it printed right out of the box. I have had nothing but frustration with this printer. Almost one week and zero successful prints.

It's all down to the slicer software settings. Don't blame the printer. I used it with cheap Chinese filament with horrible few prints once i managed to find the right settings it printed beautifully.
