    Loves this video, I started dabbling in shore jigging last year but hoping to really get into it this winter.
    Lure/gear reviews or highlight videos. You guys have such cool products but because I don’t live in nsw I can’t come check out everything in store.
    Also don’t be afraid to do super close ups of your hands when doing rigging like in this video. Most people are watching on phones so it’s helps to be able see the finer details of what your doing.

      Amazing feedback mate! I'll make sure to do more close ups in future videos

    Great video Will!
    Bonus tip: rig front assists hooks on the flat side of asymmetrical jigs e.g slow blatts.
    This prevents the chance of hooks impeding action during tension fall.

    Good content. It's especially useful getting those comparisons between rigging options, as the reasoning behind those choices is rarely explained in other content. Other topics of interest are mostly Japanese fishing styles like eging and ajing, since they can be very gear specific but without a tonne of clear explainer videos in English.

    Thanks for the rigging tips. You could share a guide on recommended reel sizes base on your PE line. So as to use the 300m spools efficiently. Cheers

    Snap swivels for me reason being I'm extremely lazy and love changing lures frequently

    • @IsoFishingTV
      @IsoFishingTV  5 месяцев назад

      Snap swivels are super efficient and you get to cover a lot of ground by changing your lures around to see what works

    awesome information guys! would love to get some more info on jig colors vs time of day, maybe also some more info on jig profiles and when to use what... I jig a lot in super shallow spots (under 2 meters) and struggle to find content that addresses that type of fishing... Cheers!

    do you also recommend a ball bearing swivel? i will almost always go for a ball bearing swivel. happy to try a solid ring as i feel like getting the most out of your lure is much more important than a little bit of line twist hahahaa

    • @IsoFishingTV
      @IsoFishingTV  5 месяцев назад

      100% agree that the lure action is the most important aspect to consider so it's usually a good idea to change your choice of swivel vs solid ring based off the lure and how it responds in the water

    Some rod recommendations would be good. I like your range from plams to mc works but don't know what I would come in and ask to try in store

    • @IsoFishingTV
      @IsoFishingTV  5 месяцев назад +1

      It depends on what you're looking for with the rods. I recommend thinking about the following:
      1. Which species do you want to target
      2. Which lures do you plan to use (stickbaits, poppers, shore jigs, slow jigs, soft plastics)
      3. What spec and length were you after and which size reel did you want to pair it with?
      4. Do you fish land based or offshore?
      Feel free to jump onto our website at www.isofishinglifestyle.com.au and message us on our webchat so we can get you the right rod
