how to stop boost creep , how to turn up the boost external wastegate 38mm

well after blowing at least a head gasket because my car creeped to 19psi boost from thej 11.5 psi setting I figured out I had a pinched diaphragm and that the valves wernt opening as far as they could have been hopefully this will fix all that. the car is a 1983 ltd station wagon which is fox body platform with a 4.8 ls engine out of a 07 chevy truck with twin turbos off of a dt466 diesel truck and chineese 38mm wastegates running on microsquirt

Those damn 8 year olds. Lol. My diaphragm was pinched as well. I thought it would’ve opened up enough like that anyway. Must be why I have a slow build up to 16psi with a 10psi spring. Thanks.

old video but if you have the Fire ring installed while putting the lid to the wastegate on it wont pinch the diaphragm

The disc plate you machined was reverted.
