UGH. Same thing with the floating lat pull - you say keep the elbows open but once again it doesn't work because the anchor is at a point above the head and not outside the shoulder joint.
The chest fly is not horizontal abduction because the axis is behind the center of the back instead of outside the shoulder joint.. TRX should figure out a way to separate the straps like jungle gym.

How can I get the angle correct to do the pull up with my TRX attached to a door
Feet will go against the door (so you are facing the door). Adjust the strap length as needed.

Could not figure out how to get my straps on the double height so I just had to improvise
for a pro, pretty bad form on both the floor and the straps.
