About Me:
Hello! I first heard my tinnitus back in 2020 and it completely took over my life. I felt so hopeless, alone and terrified. I thought I would never be able to enjoy existing ever again and had to navigate many challenges to get to where I am today. I am now in a place where my tinnitus comes and goes and I can take a no-big-deal approach towards the sound through self-work and therefore I can enjoy my life again and not feel all of the difficult emotions that I once did.
I also have struggled with severe anxiety and OCD. I want to try and be a glimmer of hope for those who are struggling and especially those with tinnitus, by showing that it's possible to feel better and overcome tinnitus without pushing bullsh*t quick fixes that don't work. I want to share different practices and things that I am experimenting with in my own life that could help you on your journey. I believe that its necessary to approach healing holistically for true progress. I want to help people feel less alone in the suffering that they experience, to build a community and find more joy together in the chaos of life! You've got this. Stay hopeful.

My facebook got hacked just beforfe Christmas, and i couldnt bother getting resolved nor cared anymore, then along comes Tinnitus just after new years just a great way to start the year. Just want to say thanks for being a voice out there, appreciate you.
Thank you so much!
I deleted Instagram last month, felt great! I just deleted Facebook too, it feels liberating!!! Thanks Alice!
Hi Alice. It’s quite soothing to watch your videos especially for people who are on their tinnitus healing journey at such a young age. Please don’t stop making such impactful videos and I hope your channel grows to millions. Please make a video on neuro plasticity in silencing tinnitus completely
Decided to delete all my apps after watching this video. It's been pretty interesting! For someone who has used it constantly for over a decade, surprisingly I don't miss it! On the phone way less. Also deleted a bunch of subscriptions and, like you, I want to focus on long form. So I do still watch RUclips but I'm more looking for reading in depth articles and stories, not just endless scrolling. I may want to eventually do just posting things to Instagram more as a placeholder and to let friends and family know what I'm up to. But so far it's been positive!
Hi, first time seeing your channel, I totally agree, and trying now, I will let you know
Awesome video Ali
I have just come across and subscribed to your channel recently - love it. I totally get your point about social media however I always find it a little weird when deleting social media is suggested by a social media outlet - I wouldn't have come across you if I had deleted social media?
Thanks so much :) Haha I totally get what you mean! However, i decided not to delete youtube personally. I like how youtube offers long form content which is often educational and informative. So i guess thats how i am able to share this message and don’t think you have to delete every single platform! Therefore its more so digital minimalism and finding a good balance and what works for you :)
Absolutely. That makes a alot of sense. I definitely agree with you - this is especially apparent when it feels such a hard step to take. Perhaps I'll give e it a go...
Alice how are able to sleep throughout the night, i need tips
I still struggle with sleep! Although my attitude towards it has changed and i an slowly having better sleeps more and more on average. I’ll make a video about this in more detail 👍🏼
How long have you struggled with sleep?
