Anyone looking at this, the removal of the windshield wash reservoir is a undertaking to replace. I found a company called Chase Bays that make small reservoirs for automotive liquids under the hood. Their washer fluid is about $150 and I stuck the stock Subaru motor on to it and bolted in behind the headlight. It's very small, about 0.5 liters so about 1/8th stock size but perfect for my application. I think I spent a good 10 hours trying other ideas to work and was about to relocate the battery to the trunk and use that space which would have meant extending the wire harness..
We appreciate the feedback; unfortunately we don't offer anything at the moment, but we've heard of people using this kit with out brake cooling kit. www.ptuning.com/ptuning-windshield-washer-reservoir-kit-pn-ptp-eng-90075 You can also use a fluid bag for a slimmer profile.
It’s a nice piece of kit that I got installed. But I am trying to figure out how to route it properly with my Blitz Oil Cooler. It seems to be not compatible with most of the more popular oil cooler like HKS as well. Any solutions to this?
Unfortunately, the OEM unit cannot be reused. If you need washer fluid, we would advise looking some sort of fluid bag. We do plan to look into some kind of replacement washer fluid tank in the future, but we do not have anything to share at this point in time.
Yes. Unfortunately, we just found out last week that Subaru decided to use different knuckles on the BRZ, so we are going to have to revise our kit to work with the BRZ.

Would be nice if you add a solution for the windshield washer tank as option to the kit. Its the only thing that holds me from ordering it 😅

Unfortunately, we do not. You will have to figure out routing around the oil cooler.
We can always sell you longer pieces of hose as well.
any recommendation how to use the windshield water reservoir or another one after the installation?
