    I was just wondering if I could put one of your air oil separators on my 2022 and now I know. I'm definitely getting one of these. I always run a catch can on DI vehicles but I like this a lot more

    I love all the Verus Engineering stuff! Following the oil pan with interest too.
    Is there, or will there be a version with a bracket for right hand drive cars?

      Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, it is hard for us to make products for cars that we do not have readily available here in the US. Currently, we do not have any plans for a RHD-specific application. You could still get the AOS to work, you would just need to fabricate your own bracket.

    If you buy it with the drain and coolant kits will it be carb legal? I heard as long as it retains the pcv valve and doesn’t vent into the atmosphere it should pass.

      Yes, it should be carb legal if it is not vented into the atmosphere. Check with your state to make sure, but here in Indiana we do not have to worry about this sort of thing.

    Does this AOS need any type of maintenance?

      Like to know this as well! Along with, is it better than a catch-can? Is a catch-can a different type of AOS system?

    Is it possible to run the hoses under the strut brace?

      Hose routing can be completely up to you. We supply enough length for the hose routing we thought looked best.

    Does the coolant part have any impact on the process of bleeding air out of the coolant system since it sits up so high?

    • @VerusEngineering

      To purge the system of air, you will have to crack one of the banjos to allow air out and coolant into the cavity. It is recommended to do this multiple times to purge the air out of the system as you fill it with coolant.

    Will this also work on the Subaru outback 2.4?

    • @VerusEngineering
      @VerusEngineering  2 года назад +1

      It could work, but it will require you to fabricate a bracket and source your own hoses as the hoses we provide with this kit are specific to this platform.

      @@VerusEngineering hoses are different but would connections be same?

      @@ericdavisii3912 Possibly. We would have no way of knowing since we have not had our hands on a 2.4 outback.

      @@VerusEngineering I am curious because I have the 15 to 21 STI Perrin AOS but I never installed it on my STI, I now have the 22 Outback Wilderness and am wondering if it can be made to work or if a direct swap over minus brackets

      @@ericdavisii3912 Gotcha. I'm sure it can be made to work, but it will require modification.

    would this void warranty?

    • @VerusEngineering
      @VerusEngineering  2 года назад +1

      No, we've never heard of any dealerships voiding a warranty for our AOS. Worst case, if you are worried, you can always remove it easily.
