Not only did a 15 story building just fly into space but 10 storys just fell back to earth and landed right back where it started.. Im still in utter amazement at what I just witnessed.
I’m lucky to have been the perfect age to grow up with the space race. Was sitting in a 2nd grade classroom and we all got to hear beeps from Vostok 1 then watch the Mercury space capsules take off. The most memorable one was Apollo 8. You’ve never seen such a proud group of American kids as that Saturn 5 launched.
"Where there's a will, there's a way!" - We are capable of anything if we put our minds to it! We need more of the positive "can-do" attitude, and to remind ourselves we can solve the tough problems! Just do it!! Well done to all at SpaceX - from another 'Starship' project! :) DaleJ.
I love the overwhelming sound of the engine. Watching the catch with this thing maneuvering absolutely under control. It was something else to watch. Words can't describe!
That was the most awesome thing from space x so far. These folks are absolute geniuses. From Elon all the way down to the people that clean the buildings. They care!!!! That is the difference!!!!
Only SpaceX can say something insane like “we are going to catch the booster” and makes the impossible insane possible. What the hell. Omg. This is insane. Makes you wonder how many things that are impossible are actually possible if we tried
@@Galmok18 this is good to know. What I really want is a stream that just has the launch team audio. I went looking for the official space x stream, but ended up only finding a spam channel that had used AI to make a scam video where Elon was trying to sell you crypto currency...
Don't want to spoil the party, just as a reminder: The success we first have if we know those components can be re-used, how often they can be reused, how reliable reused components are and what the costs to make the reusable are. I just want to remember that with the Space Shuttels, we had a similar concept relateld to the idea of reuse and we learned over multiple years, although we were technically able to reuse the components we wanted to reuse, the costs and the failure rate was too high. At the moment, related to this, we have no idea if this is going to be different with SpaceX or not. Only time will tell, we wil have to wait before we can assess if this is a success and a milestone or not.

Wow, history being made today, 1950s sci-fi brought to life. the question now is, will it be more financially viable than the shuttle, looks like significant damage to the engines and underskirt, no doubt, more redesign coming, but today, SpaceX pegged the booster catch.
Your footage is insane, soooo many angles and such awesome quality!!! Some other streamers were just re-streaming space-x and yapping about, but you guys have very low latency original angles. This experience is unforgettalbe, the 8th wonder of the world!
It's obvious the side camera's are using fisheye lenses but the camer looking down the length of the ship is NOT a fisheye lens. Is Elon trying to show the truth?

Are you freaking kidding me WOW!!
ON THE FIRST TRY!!! 🥰
Love how everyone basically just forgot about starship once the booster was coming back !😂
Yeah. It was literally like: OMG IT LANDED ON THE TOWER!! Oh wait there is still a ship in space 😄
I cannot get over how absolutely perfect that was. Landed dead center on the sticks and set down so softly and precise..
I can't believe this really just happened. Just astounding.
Dude, the Booster Landing was the coolest thing I've ever seen 🎉🥳🎉🎊🥂
I say this after every test flight but wow this was the craziest thing I've ever seen. And they make it look so easy too! Bonkers

The slow-mo tracking all the way from launch to landing was amazing.
The fact that I saw the booster being catched with this accuracy was INSANE! Great job SpaceX!
Wow!... They did it! They did it not because is easy, but because is hard!

Thanks!

Wauuuu wauuu amazing. Well done guyz
Watching the replay of the catch, the chine was already damaged coming in. I suspect it was a mid-air collision with the hot- fire ring.
Stop using transition effects between cuts and don’t cut so much. It looks like cable access.

Because you’re a Dipstick.
Every time you switch cameras, we lose 1/2 second of viewing. Pick an angle and stay with it.
