The fact that Apollon held no past anger of Oresteia because he is Greek is surprising. Cause he fought on the side of the Trojans. Most Gods tend to hold onto their grudges.

Despite the fact that he killed his own mother, his reason for revenge is valid.

Could Shakespeare have inspired by this story when he wrote "Hamlet"? (He could have also used the blood on the hands when he wrote "Macbeth".)

Hamlet was actually inspired by a legend from Northern Europe.

I heard that Hamlet was inspired by a viking story about a warrior named Amleth. You know the guy that the movie The Northman was about. Take the H in Amleth and move it in front.

@@SeeUinHistory right. But some of the vids are from mixed sources. Which is great but it would neat to see which primary source(s) is being used for each narrative.

In the modern world, those who consider them only as myths and legends, discounting it's validity, it's really those that need to acknowledge that there are many powers and principalies of darkness that have been in this world before time began. The GOD OF ALL GODS, CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, WHO SENT HIS ONLY SON, IS NOT A MYTH OR LEGEND. IT WOULD BEHOOVE THEM TO SEE WHAT IS REALITY.

Yeah, horrible myth. Murdering your kin is inexcusable. His father Agammemnon sacrificed his other sister alive. He was a horrible man and deserved the fate that befell him. Cursed be the house of Tantalus
