Ma man
@@badxstudio lol I missed yesterday but I'm back. I'm happy yet sad the series is almost done. I still want to buy you guys some coffee when it's finished. ☕☕
I want to express my gratitude for this series. I have learned more from these videos than you can imagine. It was precise, clear and no unnecessary nonsense. I didn't have to watch a thousand RUclips videos to piece things together. I hope you do more series especially on metahumans
Exactly what I'm looking for. I wrote a killer screenplay and have decided to make it myself, or at least make a short to pitch. You guys have unlocked the ability for me to make this movie on my own. Stay tuned.
guys the way you teach is very awesome please start a different series after this plzzzzz
Hahahahah thanks
you can also scale down your decal in Z to like .1 or something to avoid having to turn off receive decals. For instance, if you want the shuttle to avoid the yellow decal but you want to add blaster mark decals to its hull, you can't add blaster marks if you've turned off receive decals because it's all or nothing. This works with very flat surfaces like the floor but if it's uneven, then the z scale would need to be larger so each solution will be different per scene/object.
Interesting point! thanks for that :) That will actually be a better workflow you are right
sir I want to tell u that, the topic "animation and the sequencer" should have some detailed topic, I feel like sometime little confusing, but anyway overall understanding, thank you! :)
your bad decisions are good for us.thank you😊
I'm not gonna miss you since I'm going to bookmark you haha. Thank you for all these free gems! I am still here!!!
You guys are one the best thing that happened to me great tutorials
Thank you for your tutorial and helping me to get to the next level.
ABSOLUTELY MY FRIEND
I'm gonna miss you too guys!! Please make other courses like these!! It's the best course I've ever done!
You are absolutely amazing!!!! I'm following along and I can't believe I got this far! Thank you SO much. You're so talented!! I'm fighting with my storm troopers, for some reason they look like they're sliding or moonwalking when filmed from behind but not from the sides. I've been tweaking the X numbers and playing with the shot length but still no luck! Thank you guys SOOOOO MUCH!!!!
U guys rock 🎉 Thank You!
Thank you sir!!
Thanks a lot of this course! It was very helpful and you guys are fun to watch. One question tho: I was surprised you're not using the "add level sequence with shots" and use the camera cuts instead. On complex shots it looks like a small mistake could mess things up having everything in one sequence and having a separate sequence per shot seems cleaner. Do you think camera cuts is better to use?
LOVED every second of it. Thank you guys, you're the best ❤❤
Great decisions to make those tuts ! ;) Thanks for sharing !
Thank you very much for all you did. Greetings frome France.
Bonjour mon frere! Merci beaucoup
Now you guys are god of unreal ❤❤
brother...very very very informative video. thanks....
If anybody suffering from the problem not being able to replicate similar blur effect like 27:00, check if your scalability setting is set to Epic or Cinematic. The blur effect doesn't reflect on the preview if your scalability quality is set to High or lower. Mine was at High setting and I was wondering why I couldn't achieve the same blur result lol
Oh yes that is true! Some effects only work on higher settings!!
But within the scalability settings you can still keep most settings low manually in order to prevent your computer from dying! So you don't have to change ALL settings to epic or cinematic :)
Thanks! I was stuck on that.
TRACKING HIS FOOT> BECAUSE> it tracks the pivot point or Center-weighted point which is default at bottom> u have to change pivot point to head to track head without doing Offset
amazing guys
I'm not sure why my focal length are not reflecting when i change the number.
i have my own channel and so i know (i think right) how to edite and make a video so as soon as the camera was added to the seqeuncer i knew it would (hopefully) be easier
amazing
PLLLZZZZZZZZZZ make a series on how to make a game next plzzzzzzzzzzzzz you guys are so awsome you NEED to make a game series
Not to brag but I fixed the decals way ahead of you guys
Sorry, just a bit proud of my progress 😊
Hahahah dont be sorry! U are becoming a pro
nice tutorial. Just a little thing. Decals problem @28:22 :)
ima miss you tou bro
I am hereeeeee lol I got delayed because of a materials problem I encountered. UE5 kept asking me to update materials so I did and somehow they all turned into substrate materials. I do not know how to revert them to the simpler system you guys had. Any who let's finish this. THANK YOU!!!
Cheers guys, I have one question. is there any way to hold the beginning of the animation? basically to start from a specific point of the animation, skipping the first part of the animation?
Ready
Hey guys, really good job with these tutorials. Really exciting stuff. Quick question about 25:20-25:22. Will you show in the next parts about how to fix this light leak towards the edges. It's pretty noticable here at the spaceship metallic parts near the window, where there is a bright reflection towards the edges like a bright vignette that movea with the shot and fades. Is there a way to fix it?
Hey mate! So wait until we upload the rendering episode today and go ahead and render your shots first. More often than not these issues wont end up in final render since its not realtime. But in any case that they do there are 10000s of console variables you can use to tweak settings and produce better results. Those variables depend on scenes and lights and need researching but you can always find them online with a little digging!
I need my spaceship to open to ramp few seconds later than whats there in the animation, is it possible?
how do zoom out or in or move across the timeline
where is chapter 19? it's been 5 hours
It will be out in a few hours
👌👌👌
everytime i choose my character and click on enable look at tracking the camera fixes a point where the character starts but doesnt follow him. when i click on draw debug look at tracking position i see a yellow cube but the cube doesnt move with the character...
Did you find the solution?
Amazong :)
may i ask, why when i assign location in sequncer it appears that at first one is faster than the other then slower and at the end they reach at the same time how can i fix that?
Start This part
please add time stamp
Our brother has already done that in the comments for ya
I'm disappointed how come this not the most important chapter? Lol
DAMN DID WE FORGET TO SAY THAT?????
Hi guys... can you please do a medieval war simulation if possible? There are barely any tuts around for that sorta thing.
"promosm" 👍
This is the longest episode for me in this series but we can DO it guys 🦾
