Thanks for the update Kory, glad to see you are thawing out after that deep freeze you had up there. It's going to be interesting to see how the market reacts to the fed saying the rates will not start coming back down in March. Southern Idaho has a lot of porcupine homes as you put it and then homes for over a million. There is not much in the middle for the average home buyer, but the closer we get to spring the more homes should start hitting the market. We are sitting on the sideline waiting for some kind of reset on home values to become more realistic on there true value. Looking forward to your next month report..Chris
