    So I did this one month challenge where I meditated for an hour every day. To say that it was hard would be an understatement. But I made it through and got to experience the various effects and benefits of meditation. I can highly recommend it!

    It's day 2840 of meditation, I have learned to levitate and have ascended to the 4th dimension!
    Seriously though, I am definitely going to try this out! I am terrible for mindlessly scrolling the internet haha.
    Also a thing some hypno-psychiatristn or something taught me, you want to breath in for less seconds than you breath out, a lot of people breathe in for 7 seconds and breath out 11, I prefer 4 and 5 seconds, but supposedly that forcus your body to relax the most.

      try it out! i was honestly surprised that i could notice any effect at all, but it is quite cool to feel like your mind is being reset 😉

    How did you metitate for the other 40 min? Another app? Same app different courses?

      hey man! yes, usually i would do one session with the app for 20 min and then 40 min unguided meditation (which is also an option in the app).
