- A-ha performs their song “The Sun Always Shines on TV” at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert. The band formed in 1982 and is most known for their major hit “Take On Me”, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in October 1985. A-ha has sold over 40 million albums and over 70 million singles. The band split in 2010, but re-united in 2015 and is performing five of their largest hits at this year’s Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

They have done this show before, I think twice and Morten has done it a couple times solo too. I think this is the most songs they have done, though.
Um as far as I know, A-ha is one of the musical crown jewels of Norway. Don't think they're exactly underappreciated there.

Glad I am able to get reacquainted with a-ha they are very excellent ever since the first video in 83 that was on MTV when I was living in California it was cutting edge and new technology MTV people said I believe it cuz it was really you know one of the number top five videos at that time that they had on and I stopped following them but I missed a lot but I really like the MTV acoustic videos and the noble here and other ones from Oslo but they filmed fantastic group all of them are excellent I missed a lot over the decades I'm glad you're back in the oven doing concert does again! you guys sound better than ever! Wonderful instrumental theme that was used as the main theme for my Wedding Ceremony, and as symbolic theme for my Aerospace Engineering degree graduation day, since the Sun🌞 is mentioned.
Splendid instrumental of Pal & Mags, & voice of Morten Harket. Morten was my main hero since my youth, especially with his mix of baritone and tenor voice range I emulated during my city opera auditions.
My Norwegian professor also loved the group since they were from Norway.
