I work in a hospital and we have patients in their 50's she could dance circles around. Just goes to show how important it is to take care of yourself.
You said it! You reap what you sow into your body! That's what I was thinking. She was probably what they used to call a "Show Girl." However, she's a bit too young. Perhaps just a great dancer with a great body, however I see some professional dancer smoothness and very polished.

Yes, Buddy Slade! I hear you! Loud and clear! I am 72 and I am tired a whole lot! What with congestive heart failure and some high blood pressure, bad knees and bad legs and a bad lower back! And the medication and supplements I take!!! Yes, I think the point is to dance, but this was more an advertisement for this E3 supplement! Which they’re trying to sell! And it may really work, I don’t know?! Nice dancing there, 82-year-old gal!!!! I used to be in a dance Group up in Alaska, called the Borealis Dancers!!! And I did that about 30 years ago I guess… And we did the Charleston, the Can Can, Russian folk dances, etc., etc.! This was lots of fun for me to watch you dance!

Yes, she can...if she has been a dancer for most of her life. People, for the most part, don't associate dance with exercise, but it's the best form of exercise available. I'm 71 and have the same legs I had at 40...and younger!

My mom at 84 had better muscle tone in her legs than i had at 40. Its called 'workinh in a factory for 25 years and coming home and cutting half an acre of grass woth a push power mower when it was needed throughout that period.' And before you ask why i didn't do it, she wouldn't let me when i was there, and lived in another state when i wasn't. Finally at 68, she hired someone to do it. But she never failed to do her leg exercises every day .
I knew a lady here in Philadelphia who danced well into her nineties, dancing was what kept her young! She was an inspiration to many, this Beautiful Lady has that same gusto!!!!! BRAVO! Philadelphia, Pa.

Go “Girl” the Charleston was the best . I was into the “Lindy” in high school and loved dancing. The music made some “ sense”. I would not have survived ; we had fun and It was 👌. It was a different day; graduated High School in ‘58, began college in the Fall. .....later.

Thanks Grandma for motivating me, a 35 year old who recently discovered how fun dancing is, I haven’t mastered the Charleston yet (is that even possible? You can always improve!) but I will keep practicing!
