They are wonderful I have lots memories uli will be 76 July 3 rd I was always the dancer in the family every new dance I learned it 2022 Raleigh Orthopedic clinic did a hip revision on my right hip and didn't put my tendons that support my hip back never reattached so I can't walk without a walker but I still set in my easy chair and sway in the shoulders with The Dr didn't t mess my swagger I hold on the my walker and rock it on out
Best exercises for the body and mind...dancing...ageless... priceless..great for your bodies, abilities,better health endurance...plus good people surrounding,..and participate...thanks for sharing positive vibes...❤
