"man accused of murder in political feud" is such an absurdly, brazenly biased title that I'm wondering if it's done on purpose to incite angry reactions. A 40 year old male, who is an extremist liberal Democrat, admitted to intentionally running over a teenage boy with his car while the boy was on the phone with his mother. The murderer stated he did so because he believed the boy had political opinions he disagreed with. It's a literal, textbook terrorist homicide and not a "feud". Shame on you.
@YT Vanced This whole channel and the stories they report on have a real Hollywood feel to it. The dude driving the truck looks like he would be the extreme right freak, and the supposed young man who got murdered looks like he would be carrying aoc's purse. 😆
Good catch. Note that Law & Crime suddenly exploded in viewership recently, hired a full staff of anchors and interns, and now editorializes stories. It's not that far off of CNN (in purpose, not size) at this point.

Yeah that's what I get too. It has nothing to do with this channel. That's the narrative that all news stories are using. There are bigger entities than a small news outlet looking to manipulate the public and keep us divided and morally outraged!
There’s obvious bias on this channel it sucks that everyone must push their agenda and it seems nobody just has the goodwill of man in their hearts.
He didn't just hit the kid with his car. He ran him down. The kid called his mother and said someone was chasing him. That drunk POS outright murdered that kid, and he has no remorse about it. He was in a vehicle. The kid was on foot. If he felt threatened why not just drive away? Instead he mowed him down in an alley. That's not manslaughter. It's murder.

Notice that one charge of murder has 200k bail and the other is 50k. It's long past time to do away with arbitrary bail amounts!!
But the guy with 200k probably has access to a jet that can take him out of the country.

Bail for murder and attempted murder should be higher period, especially when the person outright admits to it.
@@valerierodger7700 You just proved my point. Yes, those factors are (usually, though not always) taken into account, but the final amount is indeed an arbitrary number. If it wasn't, we'd see more uniform bail amounts.
As an observer watching the US Justice system in action over the last year or so..... everything appears intensely political. Justice really does seem to depend on what side of your political divides you stand. Currently if you stand on the right, you are guilty by default and can have your rights dismissed, if on the left, innocent or excused. Quite striking.
I’ve seen many cases in the past 3yrs that are in line with what you are saying.

How is it Alex Jone's responsibility? America has gone nuts. He's not responsible if someone interprets his speech in such a way that they decide to go and do something horrible. Repeat: NOT. It's also insane how much money he's been fined. This whole thing is taking the speech we use and making us completely responsible for other people's actions, and it's a direct consequence of the female mindset. The government and the legal system is not there to protect you from speech you read online: it is down to you to regulate your emotions, not the state.
He's never incited anyone to do anything with what he's said or written. This whole thing is creating a hyper nanny-state.

Been watching the jones trial live and had to rewatch the press conference he gave this morning after the prosecution said jones told the jury to do their own research. I was thinking to myself I didn’t hear him say that. But then I went and rewatched it twice. He was answering a question from a reporter and said he is barred from defending himself in the courtroom but “if he was allowed he would tell them...”. The defense attorney said he hadn’t watched the press conference. I hope he does because the prosecution 100% misrepresented this. When they come back from break it should be VERY interesting....UPDATE: they took a 30 min break and the defense attorney is back and said he didn’t watch the press conference. Uhhhh worthless!! I would be so angry if that were my attorney

I never gave much credence to Alex Jones, given some of the things he’s alleged to have said and done.

I'm not a lawyer, so I have to ask: If Alex Jones hurt those people for a political motive, then would his behavior not fit the definition of a "terrorist", such as is used to describe our prisoners in Guantanamo?

I'm sure they're probably is language in some post 911 Patriot Act like gov doc that could fit him as a terrorist, but I don't think they'll go down that road with AJ, because there is another agenda at stake. I'm not sure exactly what the agenda is but this whole trial as well as this YT Channel has a Hollywood feel to it.
That would be terrorism, but it's odd that in this video you ask this about Jones when the other part is about a man who ran over a teen to murder him for his politics (but is not charged with terrorism). But in the case of Jones, the question is how he hurt them? If you mean by words, in believing something related to them was a staged hoax for a point in time, something like that has never qualified. We even have members of Congress and many citizens sympathizing with terrorists, justifying their actions, and making excuses for them.
@@joemcdermott1213 When I last looked, Jones and Brooks were two completely different people, they're involved in completely different cases with wholly different circumstances and issues, and the only real resemblance between them is that they're occurring under the laws of the United States.
