I like this workout a lot. I've been following Miranda for years and years. The only thing I would like to see is more reminders to breathe. Some of us tend to hold our breath during exercise which is counterproductive. Reminders here and there and deep breathing during the exercises, would be helpful to many of us. Thank you. Love eccentrics.

Boy love your program BUT too too long winded
Wind noise was terrible but the work out was great.
She does the exercise and then tells you to do it instead of giving you a heads up to do it with her. Kind of confusing...

You should try doing the different sequences of the workout at the same time as Sahra - it will be much easier to keep up this way!
