Always if I am trying to absolutely mash one ....instead of thinking swing hard ....I always say to myself .....smooth is fast and fast is smooth .....and try to make the smoothest rhythmic swing I can produce ....because 99.9 precent of the time when I have ever tried to just kill the ball swing hard ....things go bad ....and every big ball I have ever hit always ...I mean always feels like it was effortless and ....smooth ...idk just me....I been playing 20 plus years and never really even been close to scratch handicap ....play off 7 ....but have shot several rounds of par or better and not once have I achieved that by swinging outta my shoes so to speak...nice easy swing with good decision making ....and that's why I like you and Manolo so much ....never preaching swing speed ...or perfection ....just good sound ideals to play better golf ...keep it up Jimmy....plus my man has that retro style dialed in ....

Your description of the woman's swing reminds me of Annika Sorenstam, whose rhythm I've always wanted to emulate. I also like your swing thoughts at address, especially the consistency you have.
You need a shot tracer mate, love your content - but that would really help with your lessons. I'm guessing you don't necessarily see these as lessons per se, but they're some of the best lon course straight to the point lessons on here. Love your content & it's helped a LOT! Would love to see a shot tracer though.
