#imkibitz #satisfactory
Im still stuck on HOW TO MAKE AWESOME FACTORIES but at the same time finding motivation for alllllll of this LOL. There is so much planning and thinking and my brain cant handle it. Looks amazing Kibitz!!!
my brain is mush trying to understand imkibitz's belt work
im struggeling with understanding it too LOL
you know you've rounded a corner when when you realize "winging it" by just plunking down a bunch of machines & hoping it will be enough just doesn't work anymore, & you finally stop & ask yourself, how many of these parts am i trying to make? which recipe is best? just how many machines will that take? & you realize half the fun of the game is found in excel 😅
This is one game where I can only watch others play it. I do not have the time nor attention span to deal with how long stuff takes to build in this game.
Just do what RCE does
I usually consider myself a good Satisfactory player, but when I see your videos, I always get a headache when I try to make sense of this perfection…
This reminds me of the time I decided to automate 20 Thermal Propulsion Rockets per minute back in update 4. The amount of resources I needed to process was absolutely absurd, and it took like 200 hours or something to finish.
It worked though. Craziest thing I've done in this game.
Stuff like that is what has kept me from sinking tons of time into this game, sadly. In the time you spent scaling up the one item in Satisfactory, you could do a full 1,000 SPM Factorio megafactory. I'm glad the game has blueprints now, but it's still frustratingly slow to push up to large scale.
What ? We have now 45 hours on the map and are in phase 5 space elevator only 2 last items missing . We have 65.000 mw of power and everything works actually the later phases got easier
@@niklashannig9118 easier if you just do the bare minimum, some people wanna do mega builds and put time into making it look good, share your map, bet its spaghetti everywhre and not a nice thing to look at anywhere
The Steeled Rotor and Caterium Computer alternate recipes are definitely my favorite. They immensely simplify motor and computer production, especially early game. Really nice being able to take iron out of both of those production lines, especially the screws.
Also, try to get the caterium circuit board. Allows you to remove copper from computer production. Forgot to mention that as it allows full computer production with just oil and caterium.
@@Jackie89000 i prefer silicon circuit boards + crystal computers to make a computer factory without oil, but caterium computers work really well in blue crater with all of the oil
With all manifold/overflow systems I like to balance the machines using different belts (speeds). Ex: If machine only needs
i find higher tier belts help with general throughput and buffer speeds
couple that technique up with using smart splitters to fill one machine at a time & then overflow on to the next smart splitter, etc., not necessarily faster to get a batch of machines running, but i feel has smoother sustained delivery once there, & more visually pleasing.. as long as you're feeding in at least total of all the machines' part demands, no issues... although there are definitely situations where using fast belts all the way through is more effective 😊
@@tzgaming207ye but tbh. No ones doing that
@@leftclickisbeterthanrightclick sorry, no one's doing what? i'm not sure i follow 🤔 the belt thing? that's mostly an aesthetic touch, for me, i only just recently began using... when i've got all my machines tuned just right, producing exactly the right amount of parts at the exact rate, & everything is flowing nice & mellow, & every machine is running at 100% efficiency, i can just sit & stare at that for wayyy too long 😎🌿🥦🚬
I used to do the same thing too, and still do to a degree, but I’ve found that it’s typically much faster to charge any system by using only the fastest belts available. They get the components from point A to point B much faster, resulting in quicker charge times of all manifolds.
I always find it fascinating when people do this sort of compact, vertical contained sort of thing.
My approach was to essentially just create gigantic sprawling factories, like just 10 square kilometers of foundations, the map is so big that you literally can't make enough foundations to cover it before your game will crash.
Its cool seeing people take an approach I'd probably never had thought to pursue
I've played a lot of satisfactory but I never bothered to make things look good and I would just do bare minimum production with tons of clipping and just machines on foundation. I LOVE the way you play and I am inspired to try it someday.
Try it now start a new world to do it i've done it after 300+ hours of satisfactory i'd put things wherever whenever But when you play like this guy! The satisfaction of being able to walk around factories is amazing!
i'm approaching 2000hrs in the game & i _still_ work from a "i'll make it look pretty after i'm happy with how it works" mindset... i do things a bit more organized than i used to & with something resembling an aesthetic , but everything's still floating & nothing resembling kibz's design prowess 😅
@@tzgaming207 Hahaha I'll do it later mindset for me and its just a frame instead of a factory xD
I didn't even use foundations my first playthrough and I just up and got sick of it and started a new game
mans really said "70 motors p/m huh... well 70/5 * 10 is 140 so we need 140 rotors and stators-" my brother in christ it uses 10 and it makes 5 you picked the hardest method of getting that number in the universe
70(10/5)
Yeah, but it’s probably just habit doing the math that way because other items don’t have nice neat numbers that are divisible by 2’s, 5’s or 10’s.
The "FANTASTICOO" at 11:30 it was so good, as italian i appreciate it
I absolutely aspire to build as compact as Kibitz does! Even when he makes it a little to compact, its still organized and efficient!
After well over a hundred hours in this game I’m still mind blown on how he builds such huge factories that work and are organized and that don’t end up pieced together. It’s a huge amount of information and numbers to juggle to get something half this size to work
So happy to watch a satisfactory playthrough, boops and all.🎉 Thanks for the hardworking Kibz!❤
Fun fact: it’s not just you who considers it the most difficult part - the satisfactory wiki also says that it’s the most complex part in the game, as well as providing the most SINK points at a whopping 732,956 points 👀 for those who might not have known that second bit :P
And here I am getting overwhelmed just by the 3rd round of Space Elevator parts...
It also hit me that I'm kinda doing myself major disservice by not doing overflow systems but instead trying to get a perfect ratio on everything...
Not easy without overflow but much more satisfaction. I stopped a year ago at level 7 without overflow when the new release stopped the penalty of overclocking. Now I wait to try again when the game is completely finished.
Hold tight as long as possible 😊
@@BrainStroming1789 tbh idk if the game will ever be finished
@@puppergump4117i mean we getting 1.0
@@BrainStroming1789u coming back for 1.0?😊
@@puppergump4117 its released from early access
While it's very impressive to look at, It baffles me how much extra time it takes if you want your factories to look pretty. You can finish the whole game in bit over 100 hours and this guy's spent 750. That's dedication.
Past Kibz is a good guy. Keeping them Logi floors open and rdy for use!.
3:14 technically it can be considered a prism
Not bad if you ask me 😂
12:50 at this point you just started going insane
Although I have 150 hours in satisfactory and still suck, it still feels cool watching this man’s videos.
Meanwhile I’m creeping on 1400 hours and although my logistical work is fantastic, my aesthetic/cosmetic/decorative ability does not exist. I’m very creative with logistics, but making actual buildings look good, it’s impossible for me.
Amazing the complexity is beyond comprehension looking forward to the next episode keep up the good work.
Awesome vid kibz i am no where as good as you so its really enjoyable to watch a master at work
Kibitz (18:58): "We still have to go one step further beyond..."
Goku: To go one step further... beyond! AH~HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
I got the game a few months ago and my factory is a spaghetti factory of belts running every which way and unoptimized inputs and outputs. Takes a lot of dedication to put things like this together. First play through though and still having a lot of fun about 100 hours in.
I'm surprised he didn't use the Rigor Motor alt recipe... it's a pain to deal with the Crystal Oscillators, but it produces sooooo much more motors for a tithe of Quartz. Build them elsewhere and drone them in. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I think it was like half the space overall.
Honestly the US government should hire this man to solve just about every problem with production with how much satisfactory he plays
I swear you need to release a world save for us to explore your inner brain workings. You are absolutely insane man. Love watching your builds and watching how your brain works. I tend to build on KINDA the same level but Im not so good at math haha. Keep up the work man! Cant wait to see more! How stoked are you for Update 8?
Never before have I been so emotionally invested in a game that I have never played and will never play. I need to see the end.
I designed my setup for only 2 Thermal Propulsion Rockets per minute and I finished it right before blueprints were announced. The thing is even with only 2 per minute, it was kind of disappointing how quickly I made 1000 while messing around with other stuff. This whole huge system was no longer necessary.
DESIGN QUESTION:
If you had to design a "BELT BUS" that circled around the whole map. How would you design it?
I bow to the Master Kibitz!
Crazy stuff you have there bro
Keep up the good work!
It would be cool if Satisfactory could get insane mods like Space Exploration for Factorio.... I wish developpers would allow that kind of mods.
Hope he goes back to factorio but with space mod someday
When I think about returning to Satisfactory I watch one of your videos and instead just hit myself in the nuts
Everytime I see supercomputers and other stuff you speak out in your way I can't help but having to imitate it
it almost feels weird that everything just worked out. normally there’s some kind of catastrophe
I'm sure he has checked periodically, but we haven't seen a power graph in a while.
I like this game. Then I watch what REALLY needs to be done to get to this point or further and I'm tapping out. But still absolutely amazing
Hey Kibits! I had an idea for some short videos you could make!
Hear me out.
At 15:30, there was something about hearing your music and seeing the items going up through the belt work. It felt awesome!
So I wanted to ask if you'd be willing to make some short videos of you standing still watching the different belt works, machines, and vehicles running while some of your music is playing.
It should be fairly easy to make. You just have to find some different views and then edit them together with the music playing.
Think of it as a relaxing environmental music video!
I would absolutely love to vibe to the sounds and views of your factory while listening to your awesome music.
Love the videos. Keep up the good work!
You're weird
Always a pleasure to watch you video my man and dedication good lord ! Also i don't have that plan for the Turbo motor... Strange
I'm quite impressed how you've managed to invest SO MUCH time into this game. I love the game... I've played it from a fresh-start multiple times across all biomes with multiplayer in many of those experiences. The game is amazing...
But after 4-5 plays, 268 hours on steam client (I don't know how many on Epic, but let's say 100?), so 350+ hours... I've seen it all, done it all, and needed to move onto new things!
YEEESSSSS! Kibitz hath blessed me with satisfactory content!
12:30 and kibitz just did what most players including me do when they face the same situation... "*Laughs Histerically*"yk what fuck this imma do what i find fun"
Kibz, I think it would be cool if you played some Kerbal Space Program 2. I’m sure you’ll love it once they add in automated supply chain missions.
I absolutely love watching and playing games like Satisfactory and Factorio but I’m so terrible at time management like I started a new save file on Factorio and within in an hour all I had done is barely sort power still definitely one of my top 3 games
12:29 thats a villain laugh right there
I've got 3700 hours in and got to the point of running out of building space, started knocking things down and redesigning, quite a challenge as I have a massive rail network.
"Just look at all of this! All the things splitting up... no problems... yet..."
I find it interesting to spend so long on something that will complete its purpose in less than 2 hours, but it is cool to see. I built a 1 and 4 per min of each on my world, so I understand the build difficulty. I think he is underestimating the final part though lol. At least scale wise anyhow, maybe not difficulty.
You know the belt work was a special kind of pain when he says "it got weird".
this the time of Kibz uploading satis game again
The more I see of automating for T7/8, the more I realize I am likely never to be that motivated to complete the game.
Your builds never cease to amaze
17:41 IS THAT DOOR A CONVEYER WALL HOLE?!?!?
It was an old trick for aesthetics, you open the door and at a glance it looks like a conveyor wall when you only need one belt coming through the wall but it's not centered
I dont think even rocket engineers can even keep up with this guy
Maaan, those belts, that centerpiece. It needs background lightning. It would look so cool, it would be easier to see the madness you went through from a distance.
Some of those giant screens behind the belts would be golden
Love the episode and build, keep it up 😊
when i got just heavy modular frames automated that was a massive accomplishment for me
this is why i've kinda abandoned satisfactory, seeing the newer stuff and some of the components needed just overwhelms me
I watch your videos and they're great. Then I delve into your highly immersive videos and I say to myself "He lost me at 'hello'"
Nice! Now automate ballistic warp drives.
Kibitz translation when he says "simple" = 10000 hours of preparation
I love the psychotic laugh Kibitz had when he needed to send some rotors downstairs for Smart Plating
I was busy on a 7,5/min setup from the 3k nitro well setup, with different recipes. Still allot of work to do but i am up for it.
I was about to go to sleep then a new video came out. There you go my sleepy time.
Kibitz, you're a madman. I say that a lot but its true and i cant help but say this every time i watch you play.
Sounds like a normal day in Factorio 🤔😄
would love to see your google sheets you used to plan all this :D
Happy Easter!!!
Keep it up Kibitz I love you're Videos

I think after Update 8 release I want to jump back in. I have factories in the areas they’re changing and I don’t want to do more until the update drops.
Now I remember why I usually stop around the nuclear level. It's when becomes more tiresome than fun.
This Minecraft redstone update looks great
Dune Desert:
“Hehe, I’m in danger.”
Kibitz's "production" sounds like particular villain in red costume with great mustache who want world domination, likes to make a ton of robots, and search for seven emeralds.
I wish i had that game! It looks so good and Fun. And it would be most likely more fun with freinds! And i like Satisfactory vid from Kibitz becasue he builds it so Beautiful! ❤❤
just buy the game and play it
it looks more fun that it is
It just was on sale a week ago. And it will go on sale again in summer - it's still around $20 - but it's worth every penny.
@@marcus_w0 ok! Thx for the info!
I would consider *any* kind of planning in this game as space planning
Im starting to think that you are slowly loosing your marbles🤣🤣🤣
I have been working on a max power world for a while but realized I use basically none of the resources. Now I am not exactly sure what I want to do but whatever it is will be massive.
I would want to make a floor or separate warehouse building dedicated to overflow containers no matter how impractical it would be
Amazing build and it even looks good. The last time I made Thermal Propulsion Rockets I had 1 manufacturer doing it and not 4 fully overclocked ones 😀and I had to put a box around it😋to hide how ugly it was
This melted my sleep deprived brain but in the best way possible.
Imagine they just add an even more Complex part in the Future
hell yes brother! can't wait
most fun guy to watch
The way you say Stator in this video drove me nuts lol. Motor (Moter) Stator (Staytore) lol its the same ending of the word haha just say (stater) like motor haha. All that aside Keep it up man enjoying the videos. Much love.
Lovely video kibz carry on going!
kibz i highly recommend the Blueprint Designer Plus mod, gives you designers up to 12x12 tiles, set up a 2x2 of those, then power it up with Smart! and Area Actions, mega blueprints are amazing 😃
Im waiting for this guy to finish the game
You should open an server and see if folks achieve that in a few hours, would be interesting.
the Modular Engines look like some kind of electric engine and the Turbo Motors look like a V8 engine (V refers to the shape and 8 refers to the number of pistons) this is the first time I'm getting a good look at both cause I'm usually running around so much I never get a good look at things.
The turbo motors are literally twin turbo V8s.
We all gotta start somewhere
So the true end game, is a completely organized factory. xD
You have to make modular engines to get to phase 4 in the game ;-)
I didn't realise how long this game is, 15hs in still on the 4th quest
i am so bad at satisfactory so i watch you to make myself feel like i have accomplished somthing
I think coffee stain studios intended these rocket engines to be produced at maybe 10 an hour.
I just made a HUGE stack of conveyors....40 high by 400 long....with most of the items and materials just cycling round....had to use a conveyor mod for the speed.
I know it's definitely not but you make the chaos look so EASY
Absolute mad lad
Kibitz..... Satisfactory Plus mod playthrough when? :D .... it's such a cool mod
Wow, you went way farther than I did. I shot for only 2 Thermal Propulsion Rockets per/min. 1/5th your production setup. And even that was a pain in my ass.
I think that's about what I achieved in the end too, with support factories all over the map instead of 3 massive ones. Seeing him go for double digit space elevator 4 parts/min is incredibe.
I build a plant to buiid 1 Rcoket per minute, raw resources flown in by drones. I tried to build as minimal as possible everything overclocked to max, still it's awfully big, for average player standards.
