Satisfactory Update 7 gameplay today going on a full factory world tour of my 750 hour save! After completing our third space elevator part and since it was 250 hours since the last tour, I thought I'd go around and catch people up on what's been going on.

Looking at this factory, imagine if they added structural support.
I realize that this probably won't happen, but I would love a new series once the game is completed where you start from the beginning with all of your acquired knowledge and show how you would optimize everything from the very beginning. Love the content!

@@jccreszMinecraft I guess what I mean is after update 8, or once the game is no longer in early access and is officially completed, then do another playthrough from square one knowing what it all leads to now at the end.

Yes a "perfect game" on 1.0 would be Great !
More likely he does the story mode. He's basically already doing what you are saying. Unless a new tech tree / dlc/ etc.. comes out

Oh the memories, it’d be fun to take a look back thru your season 1 series. Reminisce on the old way of doing things.
I can’t believe I’ve had this game for three years now. The amount of time a lot of us have put into it, while only handfuls even come close to completing the game. Would be nice to go back and relive the memories. Might make me cry though 😭
1:05 I usually let it slide but that is 300’000 MegaWatts. Period. Watt is already the effect of power (rate of transfer) not the energy amount so it does not need to be related to time to measure efficiency. Time is only needed when you want to go back to measuring energy amount and storage of energy. For example, run the plant for exactly one hour to achieve 300’000 MegaWattHours, equating 3000 in-game power storages.

Man your creativity building these factory buildings is what i hope i can do some day in the future. Now mostly i end up with a shoebox for size 2000.
Watching you play this game and comparing it to how I play it is the same as comparing the Champions League final with me playing with my mates. You are in a whole other level. Keep up the great work. And please, once 1.0 comes out, start from scratch so you can finally lose every ounce of sanity that you have left! 😈
One of the few who actually explains what your doing and you’re thinking. Very nice to see, and very helpful for my own play through. As other mentioned above, would like to see a video about how to come up with such a grand plan for a world.

i've taken several breaks from satisfactory, the longest & most recent being 8 months of last year, but when i came back i had all new ideas & strategies & it's been a whole different game for me ✌

This has been such a amazing build you need a fancy shiny building to store all the final pieces in like a tribute to the work it took

Very impressive base and how you manage everything in this game are insane, love your videos waiting to see more.
Possibly just wait for the nuclear pasta to have enough for the space elevator, then redirect all of the copper to the assembly directors
i had issues getting a 8 coal-power plant to work :) amazing builds, it must take an amazing mind to work all this out.
It’s been such a great season so far; I’m looking forward to the desert build up too! I still think that you should consider color dying the concrete to accent that thermal propulsion rocket annex 👨🎨
I just started a new save (avoiding playing on main because of upcoming map changes) and it’d be interesting to see you do tiers 1-6 again. An unmodded playthrough from the beginning once 1.0 launches would be fun.
Could you do a video on how to plan such large factories? Like with all the excel sheet planning and everything. I would love to build something this big but it gets overwhelming.

i just finished my coal power station setup and then found your video... hahaha.... i'm building with sticks and mud compared to your builds. impressive stuff!
I think for the next (Update 8) you need to restart... and make a goal of the smallest blueprint you can produce that will produce the highest level of tech in the smallest amount of space. If anyone could do it, it would be you.

had the same problem with fps and scaling so did the same thing and spawn in a metric butt ton of power shards.
Kibitz should play 29 years later.
Iron wire would help with the recipes for the last one! Iron wire, to cable!! With some slight overclocking!! 😉 That's nothing to my cast screw setup!! Had to make 2 Mk5 belts for that throughput!! Headaches abound!!!
Ever thought of getting a real world engineer, or factory expert, to review/judge your builds? would be an interesting take
I just got to fuel power in my world. I’ve been screaming internally in pain when I saw this. If I could ask you one question, it would be: HOW MUCH DEDICATION DO YOU HAVE?!?!?!?
i built a foundry for steel , doubled every machine then underclocked 50% , then when i got my belts upgraded , I overclocked the miners and put everything to 100% with only a few oopsie daisies, like i built the entire setup for 600 coal/m final stage but had the wrong nodes written down and ended up only making 480 until i lined in another belt

someone told me that if you build more flat it helps overcome world lag not sure exactly why but something to do with world tiles
We really need a Mk II version of every machine to help with lag.
Especially oil wells.

Maybe one day when I can afford a true beast of a computer I'll try a playthrough like this, buiuuuuuut currently limited to steam deck so I use all the good mods to limit size of scale 😂

Ironically enough, if you had started from scratch, you would already have a lot of the elements ready for that last component.

I just thought of a new machine idea they should be other machine that is like a storage bin but you connect it to a machine input or output
the new machine would launch product into or out of the port allowing for outputs higher than a highest tear belt
allowing for unique recipes that require thousands of a product per minute
and allowing you to possibly split that high output into two different belts
there can also be a smart version of this where you can control how often and how many pieces will launch
I have to admit, once I got to the 7th / 8th tier... I'm getting overwhelmed. there's so much work required, and I've just been throwing "band-aid" solutions everywhere. I'm going to have to rebuild a lot of my stuff, and your playthrough has made it look too easy lol. Hopefully I can get back in there and look for ways to solve many of my production issues. Cheers

idk how his world looks so clean my world is just a belt mess
for myself, neatness came slowly over time (single playthrough, 2000+ hrs over 4 yrs), & you could see in my world a progression in techniques... i'd tried doing rebuilds of older, less organized builds here & there, but after a point i just got sick of the whole mess & did a mass dismantle of the whole map, recovered all the materials, & started over.... _muuuuch_ cleaner looking, with better strategies being used from bottom to top, much more pleasing factories, & i'm still learning & implementing new things all the time 😄👍
@@tzgaming207 I'm maybe 300hrs into my first play and my aluminum plant is the first thing that is fully on platforms. Up until that, platforms were for my trucks to get A-B. Been considering a full teardown and scavenge every time I have to see the spaghet in rocky desert. My space elevator even got dropped right in the bottom of that small lake cause "why not, it's out of my way" 🤦

Once ipon a time I was proud of my factory whith single torbo-motor producer that was working non-stop getting all things for crafting just in time. Now I understand that I doen't know how to play this game XD
Coffee stain redoing the Spire Coast did me dirty. Oh well, it was my first major fuel setup and it was ugly. Turbo fuel in crater lake was much prettier.

every time i see your power production i'm always curious why it's so erratic? i keep thinking you've got some thirsty reactors somewhere not getting steady enough supply of water, or an underfed machine somewhere causing intermittent stalls in fuel rod production... before i did a mass dismantle of my save & started over, i had a 96 reactor plant setup with a dedicated mega factory for all its needs, & yeah i had some initial mistakes that needed correcting, but once done, that thing was rock solid, soup to nuts 🤔
My guess is, that a lot of Problems come from the fact, that he uses the alternate Recipe for Non-fissile Uranium that uses additional Uranium to produce more per Waste. Which really doesn't make sense if your goal is to just get rid of the waste and i believe the numbers also don't line up for the sulfuric- and nitric-acid as well as the "waste" water. Creating a lot more potential breaking points.
