(I do actually understand concept, construction and working of an algorithm and the flow chart that simplifies it.)

Well as I said there a multiple reasons, here are a couple of them: They might not want to eat the food because either it turned cold while filming or they just don't like it because maybe not everybody in the tbbt crew enjoys Chinese takeout, they have to talk all the time and talking with a full mouth in a show is not acceptable, maybe the food is fake, they might not want to make their mouth or teeth dirty while filming because after all they are actors, maybe they are not allowed because you don't know how many retakes of a scene they gotta make and they don't want to break the immersion with an suddenly empty plate, etc.

Double sided, font size 11, I've done it before.
About 21 questions a page, double sides, 5 pages, 6 pages would be 17 questions a page, pretty easy
