Honestly, Sheldon would be a good server. He would memorize all the ingredients in everything, be able to get everyone's orders right without writing anything down, and gives his honest take on what he doesn't recommend.

I'm always honest with costumers where I work. First of all I'm not particularly afraid of getting fired, second of all, I was hired to provide good service the costumers, so they are my primary concern.

99% of all jobs are easy, and most could be done with zero schooling so long as there was a 2-26 week apprenticeship with someone good at it and the reading of one book a week on the subject... (the biggest problem would be getting the bozos to actually read the book).

And saying she should just be a prosititute is not helpful, because such job can be dangerous and it very short term. Penny may be unintelligent, average, and a complete failure in life but if you are unwilling to actually help her and improve herself. Don't advise her or where her life direction should be. Don't even bother telling her where and how her life will be worth more.

Zeekos Red Phoenix I agree, Penny seems to be your typical boring waitress who doesn’t seem to have an opinion about what you should and shouldn’t order. Sheldon is a fun waiter who only makes the eating experience at the Cheesecake Factory way more interesting. Also some how he is able to cover a tables order and bring them their food, explain everything about it, and it also includes Leonard asking Sheldon more questions, much faster than Penny can even get to their table.
Even Leonard thinks Penny sucks at her job.

There is only good in this scene. The dynamics of the characters work so good together, everyone shines! The jibs and punch lines about "working", Leonards retalliation, and, last but not least, Sheldon's genius that nobody seems to notice or understand. Just wonderfull!

Ironic how 0:35 he "doesn't like touching other peoples coins", but at 0:38 he's holding the rim of a glass barehanded that other people put their mouth's on less than an hour ago.
That stood out to me rather largely, too, and for the exact same reason.
What's more dirty? metal coins that get passed around by unknown people and carry a lots of bacteria or plastic/glass cups that get washed after every use several times a day.

Considering someone just put their mouth on the glass rim that he touched, they are still both germ-ridden scenarios. The severity doesn't really matter. He's a germaphobe and the person drinking from the glass could have a cold or illness to pass on to Sheldon. That's like saying "What would make you more dead? A shotgun to the head or a grenade exploding in your stomach?" Either way you're dead so the severity is irrelevant.
Plus Sheldon forgot there are something called "disposable gloves" so he can probably do the toll job unless there's a reason for him not to wear latex gloves.

Prolly something many noticed but didn't 'notice', in the scene where Sheldon said "it's the waves", you can literally see the lamps which are designed with waves. Since this is the only time in the show we see these lamps, I'd say this is an excellent piece of background items conveying foreground conversations

Yeah, I didn't think about it, but now that I do, while plates are dirty, they are only dirty through one serving before they are cleaned again. Coins pass through many hands, and many pockets, and many machines and systems all of which have touched millions of other coins, hands and other things, and don't get cleaned in between.
