Charming video, it seems that you really liked your visit to Stockholm! Word of advice though; next time you visit, don't buy your souvenirs in Gamla Stan. They might look nice, but I would highly recommend checking out the museum stores in Stockholm, e.g. Historiska Museet, Nationalmuseum, Moderna Museet or Skansen. They all have a selection of things that have a more genuine connection to Swedish handicraft tradition. (Skansen also has small historically accurate shops inside the museum grounds, where you can buy things produced "on-site")
That cinnamon bun is pro level! That's not what they look like when I bake them at home. 😆 We are not much into frosting in general. It's commonly found on Danish pastry, though. Not much else.
4:23 I’m not sure if it’s the traditional flavor! The original/traditional flavour is usually only red and white, but the ones with other colors are tasty too:) Although I’m not sure ahha
Our chocolate is a must to try when you come Sweden and of course the shopping 😂 Gamla Stan has much history and the stores there are great A Brevkniv is always great to have at hand and we are very proud of our Dalahäst If you guys ever are around Hötorget, you'll come across konsert huset and a open market Cant wait to see what more you guys come up with while you're here in Sweden, i live right outside Stockholm so this is nice to see
We think the Bevkniv was so cool! It looks like a sword! 😂 We had such a wonderful time shopping in Stockholm! Thank you so much for watching and the sweet comment! Support like this brings smiles to Wyatt and my face every time🤗 take care🥰
I'm watching a bit older videos, but if you want a real "polkagris experience" you need to visit Gränna (3h ride with car from Stockholm) where it was actually founded. You can make your own polkagris there too. Check it out if you visit Sweden again! 😊
1699 kr for a sweater....????? 😱😱😱 I live in Sweden and would *never* buy a sweater for a prize like that. That's utter insanity!!! It's almost a robbery...
Not really, if it's made in Sweden or Europe and made to last for a life time. You young people are far to used to prices only made possible by the often slave-like conditions in Asian countries.
@@herrbonk3635 I am 54, but thanks calling me "young people" 🙂 My parents founded a company back in 1984 producing high quality clothes made only by Swedish fabrics. Everything was produced here in Sweden. These clothes sure lasted 20 years, but they didn't cost a fortune to buy. 1699:- for a sweater is a rip off. It's called greed...
They were a Sätila sweater, they are hand-knitted in Sweden and have an environmental focus. So not your average mass produced shirt made by child labor in Cambodia in a factory that spews chemicals, from cotton that is sprayed and drains all the water from lakes and rivers. So really, that price is what a shirt really costs if you don't want to support child labor or destroy our environment. Having said that, I also buy clothes that do that.
Gamla stan is beautiful, but it seems to me that you - just like so many others - ends up at Västerlånggatan. Västerlånggatan is the worst tourist trap in Stockholm. Almost nothing is genuine. Bring the camera around and discover Österlånggatan and adjacent allies instead. Stortorget is nice but so is Järntorget and go and visit the other churches.
Northern Europe is too cold ! you need to go to Southeast Asia for vacation and relaxation. Warm sunshine, beautiful beaches, and delicious food are all in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia.
We have been to Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore and have done videos on those places as well! It is so nice there! Malaysia was especially fun! Delicious food for sure🥰
There's much more museums and interesting concerts, operas and so on, and architecture to watch in Stockholm than Thailand. And the weather is nice from June to August, so the swedes only visit Thailand when it's the coldest and darkest between December to March.

Suuuuper helpful!! Thank you very much 🥰🤗 we really enjoyed exploring and are excited to keep checking more out in the country

It was sooooo good!! 🤤 haha right now just thinking about it made me hungry

And now you got the pronounciation of Västerlånggatan right! :D
Yay! We never pronounce stuff right so we’re glad to have nailed this one eventually hahahaha

We will next time!!! Thank you for the help 🥰🙏
Wonderful video🎉😊
Thank you lovely!! ❤️❤️❤️
Did you travel on the metro? It's very unique!
We didn’t end up using the metro but we rode a couple trains which were all fantastic throughout Sweden. 🥰 next time we’ll try it out though!
WOW WOW WOW
🥰🤗❤️
1st and hopefully your trip is going amazing. Have you all been to Australia yet?
No we haven’t been and definitely want to go someday! Do you have any australia recommendations?? Thanks so much for watching🥰
No one should shop in 'Gamla Stan' and especially not on 'Västerlånggatan'. 🤭
Not even tourists!
And why is that?! Just too touristy? We really enjoyed those streets 🥰
@@WyattandReykaToo touristy and twice the price 😃
Gamla stan! Cant you find any more expensive place , thats crazy prizes
lol yeah… any other place cheaper? Thanks for watching! 🥰
1699 kr for a sweater....????? 😱😱😱 I live in Sweden and would *never* buy a sweater for a prize like that. That's utter insanity!!! It's almost a robbery...
Hahaha yeah that what we thought too😂 it was definitely too much for our budget for sure. Thanks so much for the watch and take care🥰

Made by exclusive fabricated material not so expensive as it looks. Good quality costs. Nothing strange about that
You traveled to the wrong country for shopping. Here, even H&M is super expensive. Good luck guys
Hahaha fair! Was a fun day 🥰 we love sweden
You missed Sound Pollution! :D
What is sound pollution? Is there a lot in the city?
You need to buy a osthyvel they where is Swedish😅
What is an osthyvel?! Thank you so much 🥰🤗
@@WyattandReykaan osthyvel is a cheese slicer. So you get really thin slices from a block of cheese
Old town is an expensive "tourist trap" area....
Yeah… any other places where folks can find touristy trinkets? We couldn’t find any so ended up where the prices were sky high lol
Noo haha thats not the flavor of polkagris 😊😊
Oh really?! What is the flavor?
I think what you tried if fruit flavor. @@WyattandReyka
The best and original taste are the ones that is only red and white, and the ones that are like a just straight "stick" in paper! @@WyattandReyka
I checked it out now, you had the flavor strawberry, not original pepparmint! @@WyattandReyka
