from the 1920's into the mid 1960's. Thank you for watching.

Scott, this was wonderful. Someone lived a life, had family, adventures and lots of stuff and as my mom once said .. “ when I die, I don’t want people coming into my house and thinking-this poor old lady had nothing “
The pink console bowl was beautiful, delicate
Finally! Peace and Blessings and good health to you!
The older of the two little girls looked a lot like the wife in that picture you looked at in the house. Digging for treasure is a lot of work at these kinds of sales where the house is so packed with stuff. Takes a lot of patience. Nice finds!
I wish so much that at least the family name was on the photos. Soon the names will be gone forever
Thank God you are ok . I was wondering how you were. The last time I saw you you were so sick ratting ice cream .You are one of a kind on RUclips none can compare .👍🏻
😊 thank you
Scott! We missed you so much!!! Hope you’re feeling better! ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
Nice to hear your voice again Scott😊😊😊 Oh my Gosh those doors , Old house ❤❤
Thank you kindly
I loved all of it. Thank you for taking us with you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I actually love the picture of the two little girls. But the inside of the house is pretty cool
Great haul, what do you use to clean the oil painting?
I’m curious too.
Scott, so glad you are back with us! Hope you are feeling better! Great Estate sale, and you really got some beautiful items. My favorite was that beautiful picture & frame of the elderly lady that you showed outside. You didn’t buy it, but it was a “stand out” for me! 😉
You are back. I missed you.😊
😊 thank you
Watching this makes me so melancholy 😢. Someone's life, memories and relationships built and lost.
I've missed you, friend!!! ❤❤
So great to see you back Scott! OMG! I can't believe that they are using a 1915 Roseville Jardinière to prop the front door open... SMH...
The jar had been broken in several pieces and badly glued back together again.
Glad you’re back & feeling much better 🥰. So many lovely treasures; the pink console bowl is a gem!
All of your finds are fabulous and I’d put them all in my 1925 Omaha bungalow. I cannot wait to see the secret Akro agate blue planter kitchen project, reveal, you tease!! I’m fond of their child’s tea sets.
Great haul!!! The Edison will be delightful!!! The portrait of the girls was from long ago and hauntingly beautiful!!! Many other great finds, but the girls eyes are still in my mind!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Incredible deal there and wonderful old pieces.👏😀👍
Diamonds in the rough; great finds! Fenton Peking Blue console bowl ❤. Boho orange covered dish gets the prize. That drag queen planter is priceless!
Ha ha ha!
So glad you’re back. I was getting worried. Thanks for this interesting video. What an incredible estate sell. I would have loved to dig through that mess. It’s hard to explain why we love all this old stuff but you either do or you don’t. Thanks for sharing.
That purple matte glaze large vase is awesome. I suspect that is a rare color. Worth some $$$$. That would fit perfectly in a Frank Lloyd Wright home. Great finds!
It’s sad. But I see stuff I’d buy!
SCOTT ‼️❤️ Thank goodness
Scott. We were at that estate sale too. We hit it on 3rd day. It was pretty crazy but came out with 3 totes full. So it was worth it. So glad you’re feeling better.
And then went back 2 more time. Hahaha
What a great shopping trip....such lovely items and a great price!! 😊
Love.. love... love all your treasure finds.❤❤❤❤❤
Super finds, love the orange candy dish. Glad to see you posted I was a bit concerned about your health. 🙏
Love all of the framed art.
Welcome Back Scott, we missed you! Your estate sale finds are delicious, I will admit the English Tudor Style Cottage is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, even if it needs cleaning it has a wonderful feel to it. When you eventually clean it in the future, would love to learn the method you use, thanks in advance.
Estate sales always have either positive or negative vibes. It appears there were many family members at different times living in that home. Thank you for sharing their lives with us.
Glad you are back👏👏❤️👏👏
hey scott! youre back to the window sill showing -- same guy, different window -- get your fill from the window sill!
That pink console bowl...stunning!!
I loved the man who lost his top planter 😂
Wow Scott !! You did well! Would have loved to be there lots of fabulous items!
Such a great haul. I would have gone back. So many things…..
The large vase looks like a 1920’s Zanesville Pottery.
I love R. Atkinson Fox. Those were my favorites when you were walking through. I also liked the giant bowl they were using as a door stop at the beginning.
So glad to see you and that you seem to be be feeling better. All I can say is wow, wow. You sure do have a lot of restraint on picking. I would have gone crazy. Would probably have to take a loan to pay for all the goodies I would have bought.
Love the oil painting. Would love to see what it looks like after you clean it!
Welcome back, scott!!
Goofus glass will always be one of my favorites. It’s just so wonderfully gaudy.
You hadn't uploaded anything for about 2 weeks and we were getting worried about you! Glad you are still with us! LOL!
Great finds !! I am interested in the shelf paper & southwest themed tray ! Hmmm
Love it when you film estate sales. 😊
So happy you’re back!
Glad to see you old friend
Well look who the 'cat' dragged in! As you already know, you've been missed! I hope you had a lovely break down the shore and it's great to see you back in the OCS! Absolutely love the original oil painting and the R.A. Fox print, both are totally up my street! Very happy that you're finally feeling better and we will see you tomorrow night with David!
Thank you! 😊
Thank you Scott. I look at this stuff and think this was the pride and joy of someone. Their world. And I know, we cant all keep everything, but you are keeping little parts of these people, these families a live. The hands that has the uched these things, picturesnhungbwithbpride, meals served, parties with the old music, people laughing, some of the cups used to comfort someone hurting, a family that was real, and you honor them so well. Thank you, God bless you
Thanks for taking us to the estate sale...you would of had to drag me out..😂❤
Wow, what an estate sale. I’m glad you were able to find quite a bunch of things for a great price. Glad you’re back and sounding better.
Thanks so much!
That was awesome to see all the treasures you got at this estate sale 💙I loved everything. I just got the same console bowl at the goodwill minus the white stripes. I have a hazel atlas ball pitcher filled with silk flowers in the center. Please tell us where to look for estate sale listings. They used to be in the newspaper. Hopefully you are feeling much better. Happy thrifting.😊
I have some random blue willow mugs-I use them for soup…
Hi Scott, great price for all that you got. Congrats!
When you think about it, it's all incredibly sad because an estate sale represents someone's entire life. It tells you who they were, what they liked and what they themselves were like. Let's hope the stuff finds new loving homes
Czech candy dish, very nice. That I would love to learn more about.
We have missed you dude. My husband and I love your channel.
Wow, thank you!
The large Fox print is my favorite, oh and the blue glass center bowl. I wonder what went during the first few days of the sale...
SCOTT…I’m so happy to see you back!! I was very concerned about you. What I liked was seeing you back again ☺️. Great video! 🕊️
Thank you Donna!
I think Estate sales are very interesting. We don't have it over here. We wouldn't let people in our houses like that. It's just a different culture We donates and such. But I think it would be very interesting if we had! I would go to as many I could!😂😁 It would be so fun! You found so much at this one! Really nice!🍓🌹🌸
When Scott was reading the mark on the bottom of the purple pottery B 6, who else yelled out BINGO? Just me? Lol good to see you, Scott!
I was happy to watch your video and see your finds from the estate sale. You got a deal!! 😊 Thank you, Scott.
28:04 I think one of the 2 little girls in photo, is the same person in that picture of that couple, the eyes seem the same, right??😮
Perhaps mother and children as the photographs are from the same era.
Perhaps if they had brought a professional company and moved everything to a tidy warehouse, more would have sold more quickly. Such an eclectic mixture of eras. Beautiful items everywhere
Scott, I'm so glad you're back! The painting and the print are pretty.
I’m very happy to see you again !😊
Merci beaucoup.
❤ fron France !
The pink candle holders are Fostoria depression glass.
Does anyone else here have a conversation with Scott while he talks? I wish someone still manufactured shelf paper like that. I t would have helped when we had the rat escapade in the house last month. I love the mourning dove’s cooing!
Oh yes.....the mourning dove pair nest in the tree next to my porch. I always have seed on the ground for them.
I'm so glad to see you, Scott. I was so worried I was thinking something bad it happened to you. So glad all is well.Send in your love from georgia
Wow! I saw some paint by numbers I would have liked to get my hands on. As if I needed to start another collection! 😊
That looks like my parents old house. They had a three story old house in Haddon Heights.
Lovely town.
Your pottery is Zanesville.
Where ya been Scott. Can't disappear like that, folk start to worry about you.😊
Hey Scott..enjoyed watching..I did notice that you didn’t have that little spark in your voice..hope you are doing well..get some rest..This too shall pass
😊😊😊the three rolly pollies..I like it and them.
Great video. My Grandma did indeed have the shelf paper with the fold over edge in her pantry. Love it.
Always great to see you Scott.Finding your treasures glad you found some good things there at the estate sale Must have been a family run sale kind of unprofessional for a company. At least in my standards.I can't do a sale like that and hold my head high.Great you found some great things And saved .Can't wait for the Edison Cylinders. I Just picked up 2 more a home this week and a triumph.
Hope to see you soon. Thank you very much scott for sharing once again.
You've been in my prayers, espically after your voice was going with hayfever.Hooray you are back
Thank you kindly, Helen. It took me about 10 days to "shake" it off and I finally feel like myself again.
@@oldcuriosityshop265 That's what it took me recently to recover- a crazy killer cold like no other-weird-then my friend got it- from me no doubt.
Whoa!!! What a find!! Love to see all the goodies, glad they didn’t throw stuff away. And people now a days call us hoarders 😂
Hi there. Nice to see you feeling a little better. What a terrific estate sale. I probably would have grabbed an armful of textiles. Love the items you got.
It is good to see your smiling face again! 🌸 I loved seeing that old house thank you for taking us along.🏘
Reading the comments, Scott I think you have been missed 😊❤. Please take the family game on the trip in September with the gang !!
Good idea, Karen. I "hate" it when my party goes flat!
@@oldcuriosityshop265 😅😅
Missed you! Glad you are OK. Great finds!
Thank you!
Great items!
Scot...you have got to go back next week and bring a flashlight and go into the creepy room in the attic...dig dig dig and have hand wipes in your car 😂
Missed you Scott!! Great haul good price!! Glad you’re back!!
Thanks!!
There you are!
Scott, thanks for sharing this haul. I saw so many good things I would have been interested in purchasing! We’re all glad to see you’re back. But you are still looking a little “puny”. Take care of yourself! ❤️
After you clean that painting, if you spray it with a painting varnish such as Krylon Kamar varnish, those colors will sing. A fascinating video. I'm looking forward to the Edison disc party!
Beautiful items! Glad to see you back.
Well Scott, you found some treasure amidst the leavings of a few generations lived in that old house. That old party game box is a rarity to find intact, and the shelf paper as well. I suspect the goofus glass plates came home from the fair, were tucked away, and never moved again. For some reason I thought you had taken the large portrait photo of the lovely lady, but I guess not. Thanks for taking us along with you. Was that orange covered jar Tango glass? It looks the period and colour, but it isn’t cased.🖤🇨🇦
No it was not Tango. The black was an applied color rather than additional glass.
@@oldcuriosityshop265 Thanks, I wasn’t sure aside from the fact it wasn’t cased…it is cute though.🖤🇨🇦
Loved the painting at the end but also like the random lids you found. I’m always seeing items without the lid! Looked like a fun time! Thanks!
Thanks so much! 😊
Loved to have the rose dinner plate for Derby!! I’m from Louisville Kentucky so go figure!
I just bought a pink bowl like that at a thrift store for 5$
You found some great things today Scott.
Nice Goofus Glass pieces and the purple Zanzsville Ohio Pottery jug is great a nice piece,,,,,great deal for fifty five dollars......thanks Scott.....
My favorites are the Homer Laughlin tray, the orange Czech glass dish, and that painting is fabulous.
I’ve been to estate sales like this one. They are so much fun! Though, I feel they should have picked the clothes up off the floor and boxed them.
I loved the shelf paper and the children’s lamps you showed from upstairs. I hope your time off was enjoyable and glad to see you back.
I arrived on the 8th day. The house was stuffed to the ceiling and nearly impossible to organize. Also some folks who shop with only $$$ in their eyes can be very destructive. Thanks for watching!
You find the neatest places to go. I would have been in heaven at a sale like that. I love old photos. I have two large ones of women. One I named Helga and the other Helen 😊
Yay!! You’re back. Missed seeing your videos.
that console bowl is awesome!
So glad you are back; I was beginning to think you were sick. I thought the first large framed photographed mature lady was great. Love the blue console & large pink etched console bowls. Thank goodness you posted.
You made a killing on the price for your goodies. !I've the framed pictures and pink glassware. I also admire your assortment of plants on the porch you are a most entertaining shop owner. I enjoy your videos.
Play the Halloween game!
