Wow 🤩 I was getting anxious. I cannot even imagine how overwhelming the FOMO was while picking. Every single turn there was treasure in every nook and cranny. It all looked mostly clean and well kept on top of it. 🎉 looks like the heat kept the competition at bey. Nicely done 😅
I’ve never watched you before but I love the way you shop, I’m fed up of watching people picking things up and going mmm arrr you just grab it my kind of shopping, really enjoyed watching you 💜🌸🇬🇧
@earthlydelights I'm at a flea in Alabama right now. I love your videos and how you show people the love it's so much fun to love what makes you money!
You bought a yarn swift in the crafting room (the wooden item that expands). It is used to wind yarn into balls. Lovely sale, thank you for taking everyone along with you! God Bless!
This is really funny for me! I have so many of the little "kitcheny bits" as another RUclipsr says. The little nutmeg grater, the enamel roasters, the large ricer, the "chinese hat" strainer. These are all old and I still use them to this day!* *I had a friend who was appalled at the ancient cheese/potato slicer/grater I used. One of those old flat ones that have large and fine grater holes and a middle slot to slice veggies like a mandolin. I dont know exactly what its made of, but it gets a bit rusty here and there. I often stabilize it against my stomache so I have one hand to hold it and the other to grate. Well, my friend went and bought me a shiney new grater with a plastic frame. She expected me to throw out my old one. Later on she was annoyed when I whipped out my old grater for some cheese and asked why I wasnt using the new one. Had to tell her it broke the second time I tried to use it!
This is one of the very best of your videos! I'm going to watch it again, which I don't think I've ever done. I loved the 2 metal trays at the beginning with pine cones and needles embossed on them.
Fun sale! Too bad it was so hot, i can't take the heat either, get a couple of those little necklace fans and carry a frozen water bottle, you can hold it on your forehead as needed and drink it as it thaws out.
Earthly Delights, the estate sales you've attended lately, have amazed me! They have been a pickers dream! I anxiously await your next post, just to see the next treasures you come across! Keep on picking, and I'll catch you on the next. ✌️ 😊
@@sandy-sagerabbitvintage2681 Thanks Sandy. I’m so bummed that I just missed you! Thanks for coming to the flea and seeing us. Hope to get the chance to meet you another time and that all is well.
What a sale! And it appeared to be far less crowded than estate sales often are, which is nice. Too bad about the paintings with the mold, though. It's sad to see art that someone created ruined due to how it was stored.
@@earthlydelights I don’t do good in the heat. Problem is, when you are busy doing something like that, it can really creep up on you and all of a sudden you feel the effects. Been hot where I am too. In the 30s Celsius for weeks. I hate it lol
Just came across yalls channel! Looks great. Confused though, when you got upstairs, and started looking, why was it when you picked something up, just not so good, why didn’t you put something back where you picked it up? the box with old school supplies for one, just laid the rulers and stuff not wanted on a shelf behind you?? Really, just trying to understand. Did they only give you a few minutes or something?? Looking forward to watching some more vids, ,,,Just Confused.. 🤔
I didn’t want all of the items in the box so I put them neatly on a shelf. I would Never just discard or throw it on the ground. It was 95 degrees in the attic so we do our best to keep things neat and put things back or close to where we picked it up. It’s important to us to respect the estate sale company’s time as they have to reset each room. The reality is that it is a competitive experience being that everyone is let into a house and you want to maximize on getting those items but to me treating people with respect and the items is important and picking at estate sales can get messy. I hope this answers your question.
He really is the nicest. It was not air conditioned and it was probably over 90 degrees. Thankfully the temp is dropping here! Hope alls well with you.
@@earthlydelights I was a bit worried about you two up there, but I could see the expert picking continued at its’ usual pace! Your fans expect no less 🌟 I am well, and behind watching your vids. I took a gig de cluttering for a collector who is moving out of her home after 40 years. We set up a barter system where we bartered for items I wanted or my time clearing her out. It worked really well. I am also focusing on private pics via FB, I reach out to folks selling an item, ask them if they have other items as I am looking to buy volume. I am on my 5th or 6th pic. It is going well, quality of items has risen as well as my volume and cost per sale. I am always looking to find new sourcing strategies . I was and remain inspired by all of your various strategies. Stay cool gals,
Dang I get “you snooze you loose” but you were just grabbing like there were tons of people and just leaving things everywhere instead of how you found them lol no shade but just kinda seemed a bit much at least for me ..reminds me of the people I’ve seen at estate sales just rushing and grabbing everything lol
When I wear a camera mounted on my chest it makes everything I do a bit exaggerated. And it is true at the beginning of the sale when we first get in, I am picking up a few key items because I planned ahead to get them. I try my best not to record people at a sale.I also was not leaving everything everywhere. Respecting the estate sale company and the previous owner’s life and their belongings is important to us.
I grab anything and everything that catches my eye. Then I go to a quiet corner and carefully examine and weigh the pros and cons. THEN I put the rejects back exactly where I found them. Putting back was our job as kids when we went shopping with Mom.
@@reneemoriconi7003 Respectfully, I usually, but not always, take everything in a box but there are no rules about this. Thanks! We have gotten to know what we like and what we can sell. Not that we don’t make mistakes but we like to keep it moving.
Finding hidden gems in buttons is one of my favorite things.
Us too.Not to mention the vintage and antique buttons in those sewing kits!
Love the painting in the garage, the nude, plus all of the wire shelves. I would cut the mould off. Great finds 💐 💐
Green with envy on this sale! I can't wait to see the mega return on this sale alone!
Thanks! We’ll be posting a haul video soon and we take the items to the flea so you’ll see what we sell them for.

I was yelling rolling tea cart in the garage. Too funny because a have no idea what you need or can sell.
@@carolynmccallum9009 we totally should have bought that rolling cart! No idea why we left that one behind. 😆
This happened months ago and I'm so anxious I'm about to hyperventilate 😮 How do you keep your cool, figure out where to go first?
We had to move fast given the heat but I just kind of go from here to there and don’t really have a plan honestly.
I look forward to your videos every week - what an amazing haul. Congratulations ladies 🎉
Thanks 😊

Sadly it’s being demolished and two houses are being built in the property. North Jersey is crazy expensive.
