Gorgeous home! My only gripe with newer townhomes is that most of them don’t have a small private yard. That would be a lovely touch for people with pets or a gardening hobby

Wow, what a beautifully decorated home. A perfectly blend of textured walls, moldings, the hardware on the interior doors, (four hinges on the doors.....must be tall doors) . And last but not least, the jewelry of the home which is the lightning. This tour is giving me inspiration!

Alpharetta is a lovly city so much memories and xprnce, moved there in 2000 but unfortunately i couldnt get a job I was so descriminated against as a educated talented BM, I left went to NY got a level 2 job there in 2 days that pay more than a level 3 in ATL! will return to Alpharetta soon.

I thought the exterior white wall is not special due to the reflection of sunlight until she reaches the entrance door lol. I really love the white brick material as it's an excellent choice for the exterior architecture of the townhome.

I didn’t like the layout of this townhome at all! I think I only saw 1 tub 🛀 in the master bedroom in the whole townhome. I saw 1 shower upstairs which looked really small. I just didn’t like it at all and hated the living room right next to the master bedroom.Thank you Janice for showing the properties. I love your channel!!
This is no doubt a beautiful home! However, I would like to point out that this model [IMO] had sooooooo much going on it took away from seeing the actual "home".

It has been. It was the model and was not listed. Quite often builders will sell their model homes without listing them on the MLS, especially in a sellers market.
