Nothing like a single home. You don’t have to listen to your neighbors music you don’t have to listen to all the stuff going on next-door. Having your own four walls, if you can, is a beautiful thing!
I'm 60 years old, for 30 years. I have been buying magazines on home design, modern home floor plans on single homes. I never saw a townhouse this perfect 👌, put together. All of the rooms are put together, Correctly. The bathrooms are in correct order. The toilet isn't next to the tub, instead the vanity is between the tub and toilet. That's the right way to design a bathroom. All the furniture, pictures on the walls stand out. My hat is off to the interior designer who ever she or he is. They got mad skills. The master bedroom is in a class by itself. The shower tiles are Immaculately pop out. There's nothing wrong with this home. You can't fix, what's not broken. If pass up this home, you are a dam fool, if you are single and no kids. This isn't for kids only single Personal. Can You Digg It?
Very interesting perspective on bathroom design, I'm personally a fan of bathroom sink and toilet on one wall across from a tub on the other wall. Most newer designs do place toilets adjacent to tubs which I don't care for
Yeah but you’d have to make some upgrades. Currently live in Sandy Springs and things have gone up drastically in the last two years. What used to be in the $400,000’s are now well above $600,000
@@mialong8750 I mean Atlanta has always been that way tbh. It’s historically black and famous for being black Hollywood. Especially since a various amount of great Artist come from here. But California is much more expensive 😂
Very nice and perfect music to show a beautiful home. The price is just wayyyyyyy to much to be connected to another unit. OMG These prices Now is Outrageous
This is beautiful especially for a first time home buyer, a lot of young people likes the townhomes and condos they don't want the responsibility of worry about getting the yard cut or getting someone to repair something
This house is reasonably priced . I’m building in a decent, but not most affluent neighborhood in charlotte. Came out to 340, and I didn’t have as many luxury touches. It’s all about neighborhood and finishes that’s driving up prices. And I don’t see big let downs coming in the future, just self correcting dips.
Not really a condo or townhouse person. Reminds me of a glorified apartment with fees and restrictions. Nice property though. $569k plus the HOA and other restrictions? Pass
You can not build equity in an apartment. But you are right on, when it comes to the HOA and fees. I live in an HOA community now. But for town homes you will pay way more.
As an agent, I can tell you townhomes are a great option for people who want to own without the maintenance of a single family residence. Additionally, you have less shared walls than a condo. It’s perfect for some folks. I sold 30 townhomes in the last 12 months and my buyers even got fenced backyards ☺️
The home is beautiful but it's expensive and I'm sure those HOA fees are no joke. Also, I wonder what's the view from the balcony without the cover...🤔
HOA fee is $310 per month. In my opinion the value of this townhouse is rooted in the following: location to the City Springs District, Low Maintenance and the Gated Amenity.
Beautiful place, but I shared a wall growing up and I'm sharing a wall now. I can't stand it lol can't believe places like this cost this much and have HOA fees.
Over a half…in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Atlanta. Real Estate is local and it’s relative to your expectations. The beautiful thing about Metro Atlanta is that you do have options. There are more neighborhoods that maybe more appealing to your budget and or value proposition expectations. The question then would be would you want to stay there? Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@janellemcleod yep you’re right as of 2005 it became the city of Sandy Springs. As a Realtor it’s not uncommon for me to hear people l refer to everything as Atlanta. To me Sandy Springs is one of the nicest Suburbs in the Atlanta Metro.
I don't know about you, but if I'm paying over $500k for a property I expect to be able to sit my family at the dining table and still have enough space to walk around it . Definitely don't want to hear a pin drop next door.
In all fairness it’s not “no privacy” all things considered, it is a end unit so no one to your right. Also the back patio is COMPLETELY private. Just some thoughts…however I understand your sentiments. Thanks for watching and commenting.
