I'm moving to Sync at Perimeter from Flats at Perimeter, into the largest one bedroom, but it still feels very small. That jailhouse singular window in the bedroom made me very sad and the room is very small compared to my current bedroom, but the price at the time was too good to pass on.
Hey are these new - dont mean renovated. You did an Excellent job and you are really good. I like the way you paid attention to detail Can you pls do 1 on East Cobb but on only new apartments pls and even new townhomes for rent. And pls include pricesespecially for folk overseas or out of town that realy helps and App fees admin fees if any. And also do empty ACTUAL apts not models. Noone lives in a model or rwbts and nodel and what i foubd in Marietta GA and other other places is the actual units ate always different from the model Include the prices & that will make your videos somerhing to watch out for plus high value because Most folk out here doing the same kinds of videos never give details or prices. I grewup in Sandy Springs & lived there throughout college. It has changed alot but isalways nice. Love your personality

Hi love the apts the Sync and Bishop seemed to have the best residential reviews. Since its been over a year how are the buildings holding up?
Hello! I’ve lived in both for 2 years each. Overall I’d recommend Sync over Bishop. Currently looking to move from Bishop. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. I enjoyed my time at Sync more to be frank. Granted I never lived in the 1 bedrooms at Sync but did at Bishop. The prices are certainly nice compared to others in the area but the noise and fire alarms, and size at Bishop doesn’t cut it for me.
