The cost of supplies are high now so you’re going to get what you want and pay. Rather it’s having smaller rooms or smaller closets! And also pricing can be location as well. This is a luxury townhome!
It’s beautiful but all closets were small and the bedrooms look a little small too even the primary suite only thing I really really enjoyed was the kitchen and living room this house is overpriced.
It’s pretty nice but the price is not working for me. I would not pay more than $499,999 even with elevator. The plan is choppy, rooms are small. Primary suite too narrow. I love the kitchen and living room area but I don’t see the value for this price.
Everything is sooo narrow, that is NOT a bedroom on first floor, rooms are way too small, It seems as thought people can look down in your backyard area and floorplan is abit choppy, the landings are oversized for no reason.

Why was the largest closet NOT attached to the Primary Suite?! It is overpriced as all the bedrooms are small.

The way the laundry room is set up, you can only open one cabinet.
