That is beautiful. Didn't realize they were building these over there. Nicer finishes than other townhomes in the Northern Atlanta area. Suggest showing the inside portion of the kitchen in future vids though. Important to some to really get a good look/feel from the kitchen to get a feel what it's like to stand there and cook while engaging with family/guests.

Homemade in Atlanta not sure yet. I looked for homes last time I visited but I was in Woodstock. Where’s the price for this home?
Woodstock is nice ! Because this is the model home for the community and it has ALL of the upgrades this home is priced around 699k. There are other homes in this community priced in the mid 400s.

Really nice place. Just need a powder room on the first floor, bigger rear deck, and a rear attached garage(which the deck can sit on top of. But overall, really nice.
Good suggestions! There is a 2 car garage, and half bath on the first floor :)
nice spot. my concern about townhomes is the sound . The noises coming from either side. I guess a corner unit would help .
Thats true, the builders definitely take that into account when building homes. They use different materials and methods to reduce sound so you won't hear neighbors.
Very nice Décor my only issue are those cheap white racks in the closest.. I haven't had the best experience with them you need some nice strong wooden racks..

This is absolutely amazing. Love the size! Good job to the builder and the interior designer. Loved that I didn't see any carpeting! 2 negatives for the decor people and the builder. The bathrooms, though ample in size, were meh to look at. Particularly the main bath was huge but unsightly. Not a fan of the bedside pedestals in the main suite. They looked terrible and that's my only critique for the person designer who did a beautiful job with this property.

The second video I’ve seen of this property and neither showed what was behind the doors (under the stairs) in the kitchen area. Strange.
Hey! I'm not too sure what you are talking about. It could be a small storage closet or you might be talking about the doors leading to the garage. The garage is sometimes used as the sales office and agents are working in there so I never film in those areas.
