Nice neighborhood, love the natural lighting in the home. Lots of room, i like the transition from paneling to brick (might be wood) on the walls. I love the light fixtures, my favorite area of course would be the basement, lots of space and easy access to the backyard. The rooms were well proportioned and had unique features, the master bedroom was nice,, loved the bathroom, adequate closet space The kitchen was a nice size, lots of leg room under the island counter, nice view from the balcony, covered from the elements and still provides a good breeze. Lovely home.
This is a definite contender! I love the flow, the placement of the stairs, the accent walls, and the location of the laundry room. Tastefully staged, too.

Ever since the murder of the young man running 🏃🏽♂️ through his neighborhood, it’s opened eyes 👀 and people are talking about safety in neighborhoods. No wire rakes!...closets are everything these days. This is a $.5M townhouse with upgrades. However, it is beautiful, stunning and spacious...and I would gladly be the owner.

Gorgeous! Another great home from Toll Brothers. Question, please: the space next to the powder room on the first floor. Is that an office? Secondly, the door from the laundry room and the master bedroom. Can that be walled off? Just wondering. Thank you for any response🙏🏾
WenD1908, the door next to the powder room is the 2 car garage, currently being used as the sales office and after you have purchased the home you could wall off the access to the laundry room from the owner's suite or you could just keep that door locked.
I was driving to Roswell Mill and ran into these a few week ago. I fell In love instantly! Whenever I need a little motivation or push to keep striving, I just get in my car and ride through the circle. Do you know what the average household income is to afford this property?
Jenee, it is not just a buyer's income that is taken into consideration but his or her debt as well, so that would be a good question for a mortgage specialist.

This is one of the nicest townhomes I’ve ever seen. Love the pocket door on the powder room at the front door, all the built ins, wall treatments, tons of windows, the staging was outstanding. Loved the covered deck. I would add stairs from the deck to the backyard and builder needs to step up master bedroom closet system. It’s all high end gorgeous then we get to the closet and it falls flat. That 1 wire rack up high is terrible.
Now I can live in this home with no problem❤❤❤❤ this has a lot of sf

L M, good question. Unless that is negotiated in the purchase agreement to have the basement finished, it would not. The basement is finished in the model, to show you how you could finish the basement for that floor plan.

Can you buy these with the intentions to rent them out? Or does the HOA not allow this?
Most HOAs will have some restrictions on the number of units that may be rented within their community. Not sure what the restrictions are in this community. I would have to ask the builder's agent.

I’m disappointed considering the price
A TH with a single fam home feel to it and love the high end bath/shwr in the master......only thing that gives me serious pause is the $4800 annual HOA.....
The monthly HOA is $270.

Reese, remember this is a gated community. Also, I don't think break ins are a concern in this neighborhood. Not that it could not happen but the occurrence would be low.
Yes toll Brothers are okay but all the house exterior look the same.
