The fact that all 6 bedrooms have a full restroom/bath shower... making each one a suite style livable room. WoW!
That's one of the nicest master suites I've ever seen. Just beautiful.
This house is absolutely exquisite, plenty of sitting space on the porch, lots of open space inside with natural lighting, great color contrast, beautiful decor. I love the additional sitting area by the kitchen and the extra work space around the corner. This house is ideal for a home based business in culinary and works for event planners or a large family to anyone who loves to cook. The rooms have their own unique style, loved each room having it's own bathroom. The rustic design for the master suite was welcoming and cozy, loved the cut out octagon. I wasn't thrilled about the bathroom, the tub looks awkward in front of the shower and right by the barnyard door (loved the door) , no big wows in the closet. The selling features of this house is the basement, your getting three homes in one, plenty of space, small wet bar, a finished bedroom and bathroom with lots of unfinished space for so many possibilities (theater and game room, workout room, stylist chairs, sauna, bowling lane, kitchenette) endless ideas. Another great area was the backyard, perfect scenery, nice landscaping, gated and overlooks water, covered sitting, 3 separate area to entertain family and friends. There's nothing missing, the hands that put this house together did a wonderful job. Beautiful home.

I would definitely buy this house. Of all of the showings here, this is definitely a favorite. Love the space. I would have the entire basement finished and create a recording studio/performance space. Perfect!

Toll Brothers always have the most beautiful homes. I've seen their homes on RUclips also in Utah. We don't have basements here in Texas so I think that's where we tend to miss out on extra space.

This is the home I would buy if I had the money to afford it. The absolute best home I have seen so far. The backyard is magnificent as well as the basement and all the spacious bedrooms. I have never seen a double kitchen in my life. A true winner, thank you for showing it.

The Master is AWESOME!!! The living and family room is a little narrow, but I like the setup. Every room has a bathroom, fantastic! Having a second prep or kitchen will make those holiday season dinner useful. Overall, the home is excellent.

This home is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! It would be a great fit for a family of 4-6 or someone who is taking care of an in-law(etc...). It had plenty of great features like the master itself, the closet in the master bedroom, the extra stove(kitchen area) in case your hosting dinner(holiday dinner). The yard was lovely! Beautiful and magnificent 😍 I thought 💭 this was going to be cookie 🍪 cutter at first. This property has a ton of great finishes. The vaulted ceiling in the living room was absolutely astonishing. I really admired the bedrooms having it’s own bathrooms. The kitchen surprised me with two separate areas with stoves 👀😳😁 the basement was absolutely huge and beautiful. The master bedroom upstairs was the wow factor and I could actually vision what I’d do for that bedroom 👍🏽👍🏽
