For many I understand that this square box clean plain looking style would suit but they’ve taken away many of the features of what the house looked like originally. They’ve turned this house into a series of square and rectangular boxes, it has no style and I wouldn’t give that kind of money for boxes.
I was wondering all the way through the video, why is there a multiple assortment of random sized door knobs in the hall way to the right, immediately on entering the front door ?
Nice but basically a small yard outdoor space, London for you , you could live in beautiful Edgbaston, Birmingham 10/15 min walk to city centre… massive beautiful mostly Georgian houses with massive gardens and quiet, peaceful and very green but with a busy 24/7 city centre with world class architecture, restaurants/bars, leisure and arts on your doorstep that are around 1 million +….

@ jamesanthony3072 There are boroughs of London that you can get a huge house with a driveway and huge back garden for 3 million even less than 3 million. These are inner city houses. Boroughs like Hillingdon in places like Northwood Ruislip Pinner Stanmore Uxbridge. You can get mansions for 3 million easily.
@@HdHd-hp6qz Not many London Boroughs and especially a 10/15m walk to central with massive and I mean massive gardens and a large Georgian house surrounded by trees and greenery for 1 - 3 million as you can in Birmingham… London house prices have been ridiculous for a long time unfortunately and it doesn’t seem to be changing!!!!
@ jamesanthony3072 a 40 minute drive from that location to central London isn’t the end of the world. And to fair it’s enough back garden for the average person to manage unless you’re raising horses. My point being 3 million pounds can still get you a mansion in London. These videos are location traps for the people that value postcodes.
Stunning! I love it. It is also not too far from where my father was born and raised as a child and young adult on Fulham Road. I was able to get there this past week to see the exterior of the building for the first time. It is a beautiful area and this home is everything I would dream of being able to own :). Lucky people now and who will own it in the future :)
The opening front door is a security risk with the letter box opening, I really don’t like the minimalist decor, soulless, if I can’t do better than this with a budget of £3 million, I don’t deserve to have it. 🙏
I agree it’s far too modern for me. Prefer a shaker kitchen and less modern art. Replace it with something my dog isn’t able to paint with a bit of class. However it’s a beautiful place and tasteful and obviously a home for the right person. The extension is lovely and I don’t mind the garden being small. Lots of parks and entertainment in London to make up. Just find it a pity that old features are removed and not embraced. I’ve had to from remove concrete dumped in my fireplace, sand down floors to replacing the stair runners and rods, etc. My extension of the kitchen to include a dinning area and lounge, compliments my old house so that even the council planner complimented me. A person that sees more builds than most. It has all the mod cons but isn’t out of touch with the remainder of the house. Fortunately I have some qualifications in architecture and structural design.
Very nice, but I'd change the lounge back to something more homely and cosy. The dark blue around the rear patio would have to be changed for a more natural earthy colour. Other than that, just the job.
We’re in a true Victorian house in Fulham, in comparison this house is void of uniqueness and character, could be any minimalist house, anywhere in the world! There is a general feeling of darkness, greyness, depressing in a grey, Winter’s day!
Nice space; terraced homes in LDN really are at a premium. Anyone else peep the council/purpose built flats at the left right at the beginning of the video...? Pretty much what my home city is about 😅
oh I say just a milli second but we'll spotted lad i beleive your detective material lad go for it you will be in c.i d in no time then murder squad , the sky is the limit lad follow your dreams 😎
Very refreshing to have someone who presents well. There is a channel where the houses look really interesting but the two presenters have the presenting skills of eight year olds so they just waste the material. This house is quite nice too, overpriced due to the London effect but overall it's been tastefully renovated.
3 million for a semi-detached house.. I bet you have to pay for parking too 😂😂.. All nonsense. Move outside London with that money u will live like a king. Great presentation though
It's alright I suppose from them that likes it, but far too modern & trendy for me. £3 million quid too much & tiny garden....but that's the overpriced nonsense that is London...
I think it represents reasonable value for the area. People criticise London house values need to understand that London is driven by a global market, not what happens in The rest of the U.K.
Great condition, but London market is very bespoke to the rich or those already there, as to everyone else that looks the usual London problems persist in that it's a small house for the money relative to other parts of the country, and in London you get no safe or substantial off-property car parking, and mostly a tiny outdoor area size too. Welcome to the London property market I guess!
Irene road aint as nice as Barclay Rd SW6, but nice area! Eel Brook Common is also quaint, overall laid back location...great for families and to raise family. House is okay and standard for locality, the red brick lion houses go for more, again tho, aside from Musgrave Crescent and Moore Park Road, Barclay Rd is better. 😊
Barclay Road is a far, far busier road than Irene Road which is one of the quieter streets in Fulham in terms of pedestrian, passing traffic and parked cars. The garden is tiny but that is normal for the area. There is plenty of room in the house for five people.
@Joseph-dm8xi Perhaps you're right Irene is a quiet road vs Barclay, tho there's a new barrier on Effie Rd stopping traffic and car rat racing. The garden in this tour is a patio garden, on Barclay Rd on the even numbered side the gardens go up to 80ft. If you search you'll find plenty of bigger gardens in Fulham, then again when you're so close to Eel Brook Common (and Barclay Rd is close by as well) a large garden is really just a bonus. 👍
Is this a joke!! Like any other house!! Would not pay 3mil 4 it??got all the homeless in and around London, your just rubbing there faces in it! Huh 😮😢😮
