BdC has REVOLUTIONISED golf!!! What he has done is bring speed training to golfers who DO NOT only enter long driving competitions. It doesn't hurt that he looks like a GREAT guy!!

Bryson, you are a freak of nature watching you swing so fast with accuracy included blows my mind. Your personality is quite appealing. LIV just a financial move I hope.

This is pre liv (he's wearing Puma and Cobra). Curious how this mightve changed for him cuz I'm sure he's got a few different perspectives, tweaks, etc.

really good observation .. don't think he jumps up as much etc .. broke his hand during LD training ... think his move was/is much more conservative to win his most recent open

This video should start with a caution lol, you must be in top shape to pull these moves off, please don't attempt this until your body is completely stretched and limber, and you've been conditioning for a long time. the force that's put on the body's joints and the hinge pionts are incredible, sorry TMI, make sure your body conditioning is ready for this, bottom line or you'll be fighting injuries for the rest of your life. Bryson's in unbelievable shape and has been training for many years to get to this point. Anyway, great stuff, I love it when the brain of understanding how it works works together with the athlete inside of these professional athletes. Not only is Bryson a tremendous Athlete, he's also brilliant. not a bad combination, lol. Thank you, guys, always learning and giving the brain a Task.

when I come off the ball on the backswing I have a tendency to get stuck on my right leg which causes me to come around on the ball causing low left misses.
Oh how I wish I could consistently get back to the ball and explode through it like BDC.

    Nothing new under the sun.
100 years ago, golfers called it "forward press"
and 75 years ago, Ben Hogan started the DS with his lower body.
Parametric acceleration ie pulling butt of club up and around the left hip to create acceleration at impact was research byK Miura, Japan 2001.

Chris shouldn't be standing where he was at the end. If Bryson's clubhead was to break or fly off Chris would be right in it's path. Chris, contact me. You know me from Colin H and Westlake's range. Together we can change golf instruction. I know that sounds crazy but it's true.

Nothing different from your average guy in fitness that eats reasonably healthy. The most important part here is his training. Speed training, weights, stretching etc.
