Having a degree from KCL helps a lot too with the LinkedIn game which normal uni students shall not get . I am studying at UCL and my friends from non Russell group unis are struggling while I’m getting offers from startups to work as a software dev.

Devyani how to message the recruiters/clients on linked in as a fresher the right way when they are all looking for candidates with certain experience ? In India it happens most of the time 😅 they want employees to be experienced first without giving any chance to them in company.

I am working with a company named Genpact india as a management trainee with more than 6 years of exp in different profiles ( including customer service, finance and HR payroll processing projects)currently based out in India but i want to move to UK now for a job.. Can u plzz suggest how can i proceed as I already have a linkedin profile but one thing I need to know that - Do we need to upload the resume in indian format or UK format as I have already uploaded d resume in indian format... I could not get admission in Russel group because my parents were poor, I don't find your content very relevant to common person.
