Interesting. It makes me think that one should not spend a lot of money on clothing before arriving at a university in your first year. Once you get there you can see what everyone is wearing and then you can buy the right clothes. At my (rural) university the clothing styles were VERY casual. No one would wear a blazer to attend a lecture.

I liked the video a lot but I think most uni students have a really tight budget especially when living in an expensive city such as london. They probably don’t have the ability to purchase pieces for excess only even though the quality is better and they might look nicer.
